Erstes Anmelden

Beim ersten Start meldet sich der Desktop-Client mit der Login-Maske. Ablauf:

Schritt 1: E-Mail eingeben

Tippen Sie die E-Mail-Adresse ein, mit der Ihr aYOUne-Konto angelegt wurde. Der Client erkennt automatisch, zu welchem aYOUne-Mandanten Sie gehören.

Schritt 2: Mandant auswählen (falls mehrere)

Wenn Sie an mehreren Firmen / Mandanten ein aYOUne-Konto haben (z.B. weil Sie Berater sind oder mehrere Standorte betreuen), zeigt der Client eine Liste. Klicken Sie den Mandanten an, mit dem Sie heute arbeiten möchten. Sie können später jederzeit zwischen Mandanten wechseln — siehe Mehrere Konten verwalten.

Schritt 3: Passwort

Geben Sie Ihr Passwort ein. Falls Sie es vergessen haben: Auf „Passwort vergessen?" klicken — Sie bekommen einen Reset-Link per E-Mail.

Schritt 4: 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung (wenn aktiviert)

Wenn Ihr Mandant 2FA aktiv hat, sehen Sie nach dem Passwort eine zusätzliche Abfrage:

TOTP-Code aus Authenticator-App (Google Authenticator, Authy, ...): den 6-stelligen Code eingeben.
YubiKey: Stecken Sie den YubiKey ein und berühren Sie den Sensor wenn er blinkt. Mehr dazu in NFC und YubiKey.
NFC-Karte: Halten Sie die Karte an den NFC-Reader.

Erfolgreicher Login

Nach dem Login öffnet sich das Hauptfenster mit Ihrer Startseite. Im System-Tray (Windows-Taskleiste rechts unten / macOS-Menüleiste oben rechts / Linux-Statusleiste) erscheint das aYOUne-Symbol — Sie können das Hauptfenster jederzeit über das Tray-Symbol wieder öffnen.

Angemeldet bleiben

Per Default bleiben Sie 30 Tage angemeldet. Schließen Sie das Hauptfenster, läuft die App im Tray weiter. Beim nächsten Klick auf das Tray-Symbol sind Sie immer noch angemeldet — kein erneuter Login nötig.

Wenn Sie sich ausloggen wollen: Tray-Menü → „Abmelden" oder im Hauptfenster oben rechts auf Ihren Avatar → „Abmelden".

Mehrere Konten

Wenn Sie regelmäßig zwischen mehreren aYOUne-Mandanten wechseln, brauchen Sie sich nicht jedes Mal aus- und neu einzuloggen. Der Desktop-Client unterstützt Mehrfach-Anmeldung. Mehr in Mehrere Konten verwalten.
