aYOUne runs where you want it
In our cloud, hybrid, or fully on your infrastructure. Start small on a single machine, scale into your data centre, or hand operation entirely over to us.
Some industries can't put data into someone else's cloud. Some companies refuse to give up IT sovereignty. Self-hostingSelf-HostingSelf-hosting means running the software on your own servers instead of the provider's cloud — for full control over your data. aYOUne supports this too. is for them.
Cloud (managed by us)
We host, we update, we run it. You pay per module and per user. The fastest path.
Pure self-host
On your servers, in your data centre. We ship every building block you need, from the setup script to the monitoring.
Managed self-host
You bring the servers, we operate. Maintenance windows, backups and updates are on us.
Start small on one machine
If you want to start with little overhead, aYOUne runs on a single server. We ship profiles per area (`core`, `crmCRMCRM (Customer Relationship Management) is software for managing customer relationships — contacts, history and deals in one place. It shows who to follow up with and when.`, `marketing`, `accounting`, ...) and you start the ones you need.
```bash ay setup --profiles core crm marketing ```
Production-ready on your server
If you have a larger server landscape (managed or your own), we ship everything production demands: health checks, autoscaling, rolling updates, separated environments for staging and live.
Managed self-host
Want the data on your infrastructure but no ops team? We offer managed self-host: your servers, your cloud region, your backups, run by us. With SLA.
Your own database
Cloud database, your own replica set, or fully on-premise. You decide where your data lives.
Local AI models
Local models on your hardware, or commercial AI providers on your keys. AI stays where you want it.
Multi-tenant inside self-host
Even in self-host you can spin up tenants for branches, brands or subsidiaries.
Your own secrets
Server vault runs with your key. End-to-end vault is zero-knowledge anyway.
What stays with us and what you take on
In self-host you take on infrastructure, backups, monitoring. From us you get: software updates, security patches, setup updates, documentation.
A small self-host instance needs roughly: 4 cores, 16 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD. A mid-market instance with 50 users and marketplace integrations: 16 cores, 64 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD.
GDPR, data sovereignty and the rest
Self-hosting means: no third-country transfer, no foreign subprocessors, full data sovereignty. We help with GDPR documentation and ship technical and organisational measures (TOMs) as templates.
