Recognise companies
On a company's website a small badge shows whether it is in your CRM, with key figures, open deals and contact persons. Add unknown companies with one click, marked as a lead by default.
Close deals faster
Deal with follow-up, draft quote, call back, free booking slots, a single-use voucher and the status of contracts, all from the same badge, without opening aYOUne.
Your CRM next to Gmail and Outlook
If you switch it on, a slim sidebar next to the opened e-mail shows contact, company, open deals and recent interactions. File the e-mail in your CRM, add the sender, insert a text snippet.
AI call for appointments
Your voice agent calls a contact from your CRM to confirm or reschedule an appointment or to follow up. Never for advertising, every call is confirmed first.
Import contacts and products
LinkedIn profiles become contacts with one click, without duplicates. Products and orders from Amazon and AliExpress land neatly in your purchasing, with a view of your own stock.
Google Search with your marketing data
Your position, attacks on your brand and your own ads right in the search results; add search terms to a research project with one click.
For resellers
Create companies as prospects right from their website, through your usual onboarding process. The company is not notified, e-mails to prospects are blocked.
The platform comes to you, not the other way round
A lot of sales work happens outside aYOUne: on a prospect's website, in your inbox, on social networks, on marketplaces and in Google Search. The Companion brings aYOUne to exactly these pages. Instead of switching tabs, you see at once what your CRM knows about a company and take the next step right where you are.
Everything stays in your own aYOUne account. The badge only looks something up when you click it; the AIAIAI (Artificial Intelligence) is software that handles tasks you'd normally need a person for — writing text, answering questions, spotting patterns. In aYOUne it works right on your company data. call only starts after your confirmation; the sidebar in Gmail and Outlook is off by default. Every function can be switched off individually, for all websites or only for some.
Install, sign in, get started
The Companion signs in with your aYOUne login, updates automatically and speaks German, English, Spanish and Italian. Which functions you can use depends on your modules and user rights. The documentation explains step by step how to recognise companies and close deals faster and how to use the CRM sidebar in Gmail and Outlook. What the extension sends where is described in the privacy policy.
