aYOUne stands for "all you need." That's not a campaign. It's the thesis we started with.
The thesis
Data silos are the biggest unsolved problem in the mid-market. Not "AIAIAI (Artificial Intelligence) is software that handles tasks you'd normally need a person for — writing text, answering questions, spotting patterns. In aYOUne it works right on your company data.." Not "Cloud." Not "Digital Transformation." It's the simple fact that your accounting doesn't know what your point-of-sale is doing, your POSPOSPOS (Point of Sale) is the checkout where a sale is rung up and paid — in store or mobile. The aYOUne POS posts each sale straight into stock and accounting. doesn't know what your web shop is doing, and your web shop doesn't know what your marketing just sent out.
Each single tool, on its own, is bearable. Four are tiring. Seventeen are a full-time job, and that job isn't called "running the business," it's called "managing tools." We built aYOUne so you can stop having that job.
Where we come from
Lake Tegernsee, Bavaria
We're based at Lake Tegernsee, in Oberhof near Rottach-Egern. Founded by Maximilian Hanrieder. The aYOUne splash-screen logo shows the silhouette of the lake. That's not marketing, that's home.
DACH first, then Europe, then the world
We start with customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland because we know the pain points here best. 17 UI languages are already shipped; the team is distributed across the region.
Who we are
We're not from Silicon Valley. We come from manufacturing, retail, construction, agencies. Most of us spent enough time inside mid-market companies before aYOUne to know exactly what the "there must be a better way" stress feels like.
aYOUne is the answer we wished for ourselves, back when we maintained Excel sheets because the CRMCRMCRM (Customer Relationship Management) is software for managing customer relationships — contacts, history and deals in one place. It shows who to follow up with and when. didn't know our warehouse numbers.
