Drucken

Der Desktop-Client erlaubt zwei Sachen, die der Browser allein nicht kann:

  1. Drucker freigeben — Ihr lokaler Drucker steht der Mobile-App und Kollegen zur Verfügung, die ihn aus aYOUne ansprechen.
  2. Remote drucken — Sie schicken einen Druckauftrag aus aYOUne an einen Drucker, der bei einem Kollegen am Arbeitsplatz steht.

So sieht Ihre Druckerin „Brother HL-2300DW" plötzlich auch der Lager-Mitarbeiter, wenn er einen Lieferschein ausdruckt.

  1. Hauptfenster → Einstellungen → Drucker.
  2. Liste „Verfügbare Drucker am Rechner" zeigt alles, was lokal installiert ist.
  3. Schalten Sie den Drucker ein, den Sie freigeben wollen.
  4. Geben Sie ihm einen sprechenden Namen — z.B. „Empfang Etage 2".
  5. Optional: Beschränken Sie auf einen oder mehrere Standorte / Teams (Zugriffskontrolle).
  6. „Speichern".

Der Drucker erscheint jetzt im aYOUne-Druckerwähler aller berechtigten Nutzer als „Empfang Etage 2".

Wichtig: Der Drucker ist nur dann nutzbar, wenn der Desktop-Client dieses Rechners läuft. Schließen Sie den Desktop-Client, fällt der Drucker für andere wieder weg. Im Tray-Symbol zeigt ein kleines Drucker-Icon „aktiv geteilt".

Remote drucken aus aYOUne

Aus jeder aYOUne-Maske mit Druck-Schaltfläche (Lieferschein, Rechnung, Etikett, Bericht):

  1. Klick auf Drucken.
  2. Drucker auswählen — alle freigegebenen Drucker aller eingeschalteten Desktop-Clients in Ihrer Firma erscheinen in der Liste.
  3. Optional Druck-Optionen wählen (Schacht, Format, Anzahl Kopien).
  4. Drucken klicken.

Der Druckauftrag landet automatisch beim entsprechenden Desktop-Client, der ihn lokal an den Drucker weiterleitet. Sie sehen einen Toast „Auftrag gesendet" und im Tray des entfernten Rechners erscheint der Auftrag im Druckerverlauf.

Druckauftrag-Verlauf

Hauptfenster → Einstellungen → Drucker → Tab „Verlauf" zeigt:

  • Wer hat wann was an Ihren Drucker geschickt
  • Status: erfolgreich gedruckt / fehlgeschlagen / abgebrochen
  • Anzahl Seiten und Format

Eine Liste, die Sie für Verbrauchsabrechnung oder Fehlersuche brauchen.

Wenn der Drucker offline ist

Schaltet sich der Drucker aus oder verliert die Verbindung, fällt er aus dem aYOUne-Drucker-Wähler weg. Versucht jemand trotzdem zu drucken (z.B. wegen alter Browser-Tab), bekommt er sofort den Fehler „Drucker nicht erreichbar".

Beim Wiedereinschalten ist der Drucker innerhalb von ca. 30 Sekunden wieder verfügbar.

Druck-Datenschutz

Die Druckdaten gehen verschlüsselt vom Desktop-Client des Senders über die aYOUne-Server an den Desktop-Client des Druckerbesitzers. Der aYOUne-Server speichert die Druckdaten nicht — er reicht sie nur durch und löscht sie nach Zustellung. Für sensible Druckaufträge können Sie das im Audit-Log nachvollziehen (Hauptfenster → Audit).
