Contact form submissions are stored in our self-operated CRMCRMCRM (Customer Relationship Management) is software for managing customer relationships — contacts, history and deals in one place. 5. Analytics (tracking)

This website uses a self-hosted analytics system (IDC.A.D.D) operated on tolinax-owned infrastructure in the EU. Tracking is only loaded after you give consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). No data is shared with third parties.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). 7. Retention
