Put away, count, relocate: every booking is recorded in the stock journal without gaps. Stocktakes with approval of the differences.

Every paid shop order produces a pick list, with the goods reserved for it.
Purchasing
Supplier orders with approval. When an item drops below its minimum stock, aYOUne proposes the reorder with the assigned supplier.

A typical day
Mrs Schneider opens her optician's shop at 9. Overnight a webshop order came in and was paid. The pick list is ready, and the glasses are already reserved in stock. Her assistant takes them off the shelf with the scanner app.
At 11 a delivery arrives. Goods-in is booked by scanning, the stock level is right straight away, and every booking is in the stock journal.
In the afternoon one sunglasses model drops below its minimum stock. aYOUne creates a reorder proposal with the right supplier, Mrs Schneider checks it and approves it.
