A typical day
Mrs Schneider opens her optician's shop at 9. The till synced overnight. A webshop order is waiting: glasses, ordered for pickup. Mrs Schneider gets them from stock, the system knows.
At 10:30 a regular walks in. Mrs Schneider scans the loyalty card, sees the glasses history, suggests a matching pair of sunglasses. The customer takes them, pays by card, gets 5 loyalty points credited.
At 6pm closing time. Today's revenue is on the wall display. Tomorrow's newsletter with the five new models is queued.
