Enterprise CRM champion, or an operating system for the whole business?
Salesforce is hard to beat in sales. aYOUne goes further: to the invoice, into the warehouse, to the till, at a fraction of the price per area.
Salesforce is the enterprise CRMCRMCRM (Customer Relationship Management) is software for managing customer relationships — contacts, history and deals in one place. It shows who to follow up with and when. leader: a huge ecosystem, the deepest customisation on the market, a name everyone knows. That depth comes at a price, and it's mostly a sales tool. aYOUne covers sales just as well, then attaches accounting, inventory, production, the till and payroll directly to it, and brings the matching devices along. If you need Salesforce's full sales depth and the budget for it, that's the right place. If you want the whole business in one affordable system, Salesforce gets expensive fast.
What Salesforce is, and what aYOUne is
Salesforce is a CRM heavyweight: sales, service, marketing, each its own "cloud", with the new Agentforce AIAIAI (Artificial Intelligence) is software that handles tasks you'd normally need a person for — writing text, answering questions, spotting patterns. In aYOUne it works right on your company data. agents layered on top. With enough budget and an admin team, you can build almost any sales process you want. That's exactly where the effort goes, too: Salesforce is a toolkit someone has to assemble.
aYOUne covers the same customer records, the same sales pipeline and the same service, but doesn't stop there. The deal you win becomes an invoice, the invoice a ledger entry, the order a warehouse movement, the sale a receipt at the till, all in the same system, no integrations. On top come areas a pure CRM like Salesforce simply doesn't have: warehouse, production, purchasing, payroll, project management. 28 business areas instead of one sales cloud.

What the difference means day to day
Salesforce lives by assembly: every extra layer of depth, whether more automation, more customisation or the new AI agents, means climbing a pricing tier, and usually an admin or partner to keep the system running. That's no knock on it; it's the model of a toolkit built for enterprise requirements.
In aYOUne the same deal stays in the same system from first contact to receipt. Nobody types anything twice, and the areas that are an expensive add-on or simply don't exist in Salesforce, namely warehouse, production, till and payroll, are there from day one. Fair enough: if you're purely looking at sales and need maximum customisation depth with a huge partner ecosystem, Salesforce has a maturity a young product like aYOUne doesn't have yet.
Pricing: what to watch for
Salesforce tiers into five levels: Starter Suite from around $25 per user per month for the basics, Pro Suite around $100, Enterprise, where most mid-market sales teams land, around $175, Unlimited at $350, and the AI tier Agentforce 1 Sales at around $550 per user per month. Teams that need the automation and APIAPIAn API is a defined way for two programs to talk to each other and exchange data automatically. aYOUne charges per module and per user with volume discounts. You pay for sales, accounting, warehouse and the other areas individually, not for a tier that bundles a lot you don't need. You get the concrete figure tailored to you in a conversation; how we think about it is on the pricing page.
Who Salesforce is the better choice for
If your sales process is highly complex, you have an admin team or an implementation partner, and maximum customisability plus the largest integration ecosystem on the market matter more than an integrated back office, then Salesforce is an excellent, proven choice.
Who aYOUne is the better choice for
If you want more than sales in one affordable system, meaning accounting, inventory, production, the till and payroll, if devices in the shop or warehouse are part of it, or you want to pass the software on under your own brand: then aYOUne is built for that, and Salesforce isn't.
For businesses that want more than a pure sales cloud, yes. aYOUne covers customer records, sales and service and adds accounting, inventory, production, the till, payroll and its own devices. If you need Salesforce's extreme customisation depth for a very complex sales process, it's still more mature there today.
As a rule yes. Customer records, contacts and sales deals can be migrated. The effort depends on your Salesforce scope and custom configuration; we clarify that in a conversation and guide the move.
Salesforce tiers by feature depth per user: automation, customisation and the new AI agents each push you up a tier. aYOUne charges per module instead, so you only pay for what you actually use.
Not for everyday use. aYOUne is built for fast setup. For very custom requirements we help in a conversation, without you needing a permanent implementation partner.
