No. aYOUne runs as a cloud application directly in your browser. For certain workplaces there are additional apps – such as the desktop client, scanner and terminal apps, or dedicated IoT devices. If you want full data sovereignty, you can also self-host aYOUne.

You can find the entry-level prices on our pricing page. You only pay for the modules you use, and you can expand at any time. For larger setups, enterprise requirements and reseller models we prepare an individual offer for you – just get in touch.

Yes. There is a 14-day trial in which you can explore the platform at your own pace. It does not trigger any automatic commitment.

Yes. aYOUne is built to be modular. You add individual functional areas when you need them and adjust your scope when things change. That way you never pay for things you do not use.

Among others: CRM, sales, marketing, e-commerce, inventory management, production, accounting, HR, project management, reporting, purchasing, service and market research. On top of that come AI features and a dedicated hardware line. You can find an overview of all areas under Modules.

aYOUne comes with more than 60 AI agents and templates. They help you, for example, to answer questions from your own knowledge, to create texts, images, videos and audio summaries, and to automate recurring tasks. The AI works with your data inside your own tenant.

Yes. Interfaces, permissions, menus and automations can be configured without any programming. For special cases there are additional custom functions and interfaces.

Yes. There is a mobile app that lets you access your data on the go. Depending on your use case, specialised apps are available – for example for warehouse, point of sale or terminal.

aYOUne is operated by tolinax UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Germany. The platform is designed for a data-protection-compliant handling of your data. You can find the details in our privacy policy.

Your data belongs to you. aYOUne is multi-tenant, which means every customer works in a separate area. If you want full control, you can also run aYOUne on your own infrastructure.

Through a finely adjustable permission system. You define per role and per user who may see and edit which areas. That way every team member gets exactly the access they need for their work.

Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. For particularly protection-worthy secrets there is a vault with end-to-end encryption, where even the server never sees the plain text.

Yes. You can run aYOUne on your own infrastructure and keep full data sovereignty. To get started there are ready-made templates and a command-line tool that takes care of the setup for you.

You need an environment in which you can run containers. Using our setup tool you select the modules you need and start them as profiles. Core functions such as the core, configuration and login are always included.

Yes. You keep your installation up to date through the command-line tool. That way you receive new features and improvements without having to update everything by hand.

Yes. As a reseller you offer aYOUne under your own brand, with your own domain and your own prices. From your customers' point of view, you are the provider. You can find more about this in the partner area.

Yes. aYOUne is designed for multiple levels: resellers, agencies, customers and their sub-customers. As an agency you manage several customer accounts in one place and grant each of them exactly the areas they need.

Yes. In addition to the reseller and agency models there is an affiliate level for referrals. We agree the conditions with you individually – write to us through the partner area.
