One hardware family instead of seven duct-tape fixes
From the handheld scanner in the warehouse to the label printer at the packing bench: all built for aYOUne, and pre-configured before it reaches you.
Software is half the story. If the person at the front of the shop needs a tablet and the workshop needs an industrial scanner, both have to actually work.
Scanner app
Industrial handheld scanner running the aYOUne app. Works offline, syncs when Wi-Fi is back. For warehouse, goods-in, stocktake.
Terminal
On-site terminal for reception, self check-in, order taking. Tough, vandal-proof, single-purpose.
Raspberry Pi display
Raspberry Pi display for the workshop, the wall display, the digital noticeboard. Shows live numbers or machine status.
NFC clock-in
Staff tap their card, done. Feeds straight into HR and payroll.
Desktop app
Native app for Windows, Mac, Linux. With system tray, auto-update, built-in telephony.
Zebra label printer
Print straight from aYOUne: shipping labels, warehouse labels, product tags.
Scanner app for the warehouse
An app that runs on a handheld scanner like a normal app. You don't install anything by hand, you just log in. The device syncs, loads your task list, and knows which products you are picking today.
If Wi-Fi drops in a corner of the warehouse, the scanner keeps working and uploads later.
Terminal: the digital reception
When a customer walks in, they see a tablet on a stand. They check in, pick their appointment, confirm. At the hairdresser. At the accountant. At the garage. At the gym.
The screen is hardened against vandalism, runs in a locked full-screen mode (no address bar, no keyboard), and turns into a digital window display after closing time.
Raspberry Pi display: the wall display for the workshop
A small mini-computer device with our pre-built image. Plug in a screen, scan a QR code in the app, done. The display now shows live numbers from your aYOUne: today's revenue, open jobs, the next appointment.
We picked the easy path: pairing code on the screen, confirm in the app. No console, no config files, no IT involvement.
NFC clock-in
A wall unit. Staff tap their card, done. Clock-in, clock-out, breaks, all straight into HR. Payroll runs automatically.
Desktop app
If your staff sit at a desk all day (service, sales, support), they get a native app. With tray icon, automatic updates, built-in internet telephony, and remote access for your support team.
What this has to do with the software
Every one of these devices talks directly to your aYOUne instance. Nothing to configure: no VPN, no firewall rules, no IP addresses. Pairing code, done.
