DevOps ist die Betriebs-Sicht Ihres Mandanten auf seine Server-Verbünde, ausgelieferten Dienste, Bau- und Auslieferungsläufe, Warteschlangen und Alarme; Änderungen wie Neustart, Skalierung oder Deployment-Pläne laufen als nachvollziehbare Aktionen im Hintergrund.

Funktionen

Server-Verbünde und Dienste – Gespiegelter Bestand an Verbünden, ausgelieferten Diensten und ihren Instanzen; Neustart, Skalierung, Start und Stopp als Deployment-Aktionen.
Bau- und Auslieferungsläufe – Läufe der Code-Ablagen Ihres Mandanten mit Zustand und Auslösung aus der Plattform.
Deployment-Pläne – Pläne aus Schritten, die als Lauf ausgeführt werden; ein Wächter verhindert doppeltes Starten.
Warteschlangen – Alle Warteschlangen der Plattform nach Bereich mit Zählern je Zustand und Einblick in einzelne Aufträge.
DevOps-Alarme – Alarme aus der Alarm-Entität und aus den Laufzeitfehlern, die die Plattform als Aufgaben ablegt; Stummschaltung für eine Zeit.

Zweck

DevOps zeigt Ihrem Unternehmen, was hinter der Plattform läuft: die Server-Verbünde, die ausgelieferten Dienste mit ihren Instanzen, die Bau- und Auslieferungsläufe Ihrer Code-Ablagen, die Warteschlangen und die Alarme. Jede Änderung, ob Neustart, Skalierung oder ein ganzer Deployment-Plan, wird als Aktion festgehalten und im Hintergrund ausgeführt, damit nachvollziehbar bleibt, wer was wann ausgelöst hat.

Einrichten

Voraussetzung ist der Bereich „DevOps" in einem gebuchten Paket. Er richtet sich an Mandanten, die eigene Dienste auf der Plattform betreiben; für einen reinen Anwender-Mandanten ist er nicht nötig.

Verbund anbinden. Unter „Server-Verbünde" legen Sie den Verbund an und stoßen den Abgleich an. Danach erscheinen die ausgelieferten Dienste und ihre Instanzen unter „Ausgelieferte Dienste" und „K8 Pods".
Code-Ablagen verbinden. Die Zugangsdaten für Bitbucket oder GitHub hinterlegen Sie im Tresor des Konfigurations-Bereichs. Der Abgleich der Code-Ablagen spiegelt danach die Bau- und Auslieferungsläufe; ein neues Fern-Repositorium legt die Plattform mit diesen Zugangsdaten beim Anbieter an.
Dienst-Gruppen. Fassen Sie Dienste, die gemeinsam gestartet und gestoppt werden sollen, zu Gruppen zusammen. Der Abgleich der Gruppen ordnet jeden Dienst einem von vier Töpfen zu und zeigt, ob eine Gruppe vollständig läuft.
Deployment-Pläne. Ein Plan besteht aus Schritten: Bau- und Auslieferungslauf auslösen, Code holen, Zweig wechseln, Skript ausführen, Release erstellen, Abhängigkeit anheben. Die Ausführung legt einen Lauf an.
Alarme. Alarme brauchen keine Einrichtung; die Liste vereinigt die Alarm-Entität mit den Laufzeitfehlern, die die Plattform als Aufgaben ablegt. Stummschaltungen blenden einen Alarm für eine Zeit aus.
Kaltstart. Der Feature-Schalter devops.coldstart.enabled erlaubt, selten genutzte Dienste automatisch herunterzufahren; devops.coldstart.maxScaleDownsPerRun begrenzt, wie viele je Lauf. Ohne den Schalter bleibt alles laufend.

Rollen und Rechte

Die Rechte des Bereichs beginnen mit devops.: devops.k8clusters, devops.k8deployments, devops.k8pods, devops.servicegroups, devops.deploymentactions, devops.deploymentplans, devops.bitbucketpipelines und devops.devopsalerts zum Pflegen; devops.deploymentplanruns und devops.k8routes sind Leserechte.

Die Skalierung eines Dienstes verlangt zusätzlich devops.cluster.scale. Vergeben Sie es getrennt vom Leserecht: eine Rolle für den Bereitschaftsdienst sieht Dienste, Instanzen und Alarme, ohne skalieren zu dürfen.

Die Rolle „Administrator" erhält alle Rechte des Bereichs beim ersten Start automatisch; weitere Rollen pflegen Sie in der Rollenverwaltung.

Laufender Betrieb

Der Bereich hat keine Zeitgeber. Abgleiche, Aktionen und Pläne werden als Aufträge eingereiht und von einem Hintergrundprozess ausgeführt, der Zustand und Ergebnis an den Datensatz zurückschreibt.

Änderung am Verbund. Neustart, Skalierung, Start oder Stopp legen eine Deployment-Aktion an. Der Zustand der Aktion zeigt, ob sie eingereiht, laufend, erledigt oder gescheitert ist.

Abgleich. Zwischen zwei Abgleichen kann der Verbund anders aussehen als die Datensätze; stoßen Sie den Abgleich an, bevor Sie eine Entscheidung auf den Bestand stützen.

Warteschlangen. Die Ansichten je Bereich zählen Aufträge nach Zustand; einzelne Aufträge lassen sich je Zustand einsehen.

Alarme. Laufzeitfehler aller Bereiche erscheinen hier und zugleich als Aufgabe vom Typ „Bug" im Projektmanagement. Ein Dienst, bei dem das Ablegen von Fehlern als Aufgabe abgeschaltet ist, fehlt in der Liste.

Störungen

Eine Aktion oder ein Plan bleibt auf „eingereiht". Der Hintergrundprozess läuft nicht. Der Bereich meldet das nicht von selbst; wenden Sie sich an den Support.

Der Bestand stimmt nicht mit dem Verbund überein. Der letzte Abgleich liegt zurück. Stoßen Sie ihn an.

Ein Fern-Repositorium lässt sich nicht anlegen. Die Zugangsdaten für Bitbucket oder GitHub im Tresor fehlen oder sind ungültig; die Aktion endet mit dem Fehler des Anbieters. Erneuern Sie die Zugangsdaten.

Eine Warteschlange fehlt in der Liste. Sie läuft auf einem anderen Speicher als die übrigen und ist für die Entdeckung unsichtbar. Das ist ein Fall für den Support.

Ein Plan lässt sich nicht ein zweites Mal starten. Der Wächter gegen doppeltes Ausführen hält den Zustand, bis der laufende Lauf abgeschlossen ist. Warten Sie den Lauf ab.

Ein Fehler eines Dienstes erscheint nicht als Alarm. Für diesen Dienst ist das Ablegen von Fehlern als Aufgabe abgeschaltet. Die Alarm-Liste liest aus den Aufgaben.
