Die Konfiguration liefert die Auswahllisten, Vorlagen und Kalender, mit denen Sie in allen anderen Bereichen arbeiten; hier stellen Sie auch ein, über welche Kanäle Sie Benachrichtigungen erhalten.

Funktionen

  • Auswahllisten und Vorlagen – Teams, Standorte, Tags, Textbausteine und Vorlagen, die in den Formularen anderer Bereiche zur Auswahl stehen.
  • Kalender und Online-Buchung – Kalender mit Betriebszeiten, aus denen Termine und Online-Buchungen entstehen.
  • Benachrichtigungen – Festlegen, über welche Kanäle Sie Benachrichtigungen erhalten, und Wiederholungen stummschalten.

Was Sie hier tun

Die Konfiguration ist die Grundausstattung Ihres Unternehmens auf der Plattform. Hier liegen die Teams, Standorte, Kalender, Vorlagen und Textbausteine, die Sie in allen anderen Bereichen auswählen. Die meisten Einträge richtet Ihr Administrator ein. Im Alltag begegnen Sie ihnen vor allem als Auswahl in Formularen.

Sie finden den Bereich in der PWA unter pwa.ayoune.app im Menü unter „Konfiguration". Für die tägliche Arbeit wichtig sind „Kalender", „Textbausteine", „Tags", „Dokument-Vorlagen", „E-Mail-Vorlagen", „Teams", „Standorte" und „Benachrichtigungsregeln".

Schritt für Schritt

Einen Kalender ansehen

  1. Öffnen Sie „Kalender" und tippen Sie auf einen Kalender.
  2. In der „Übersicht" sehen Sie die Stammdaten. Unter „Betriebszeiten" steht, wann Termine gebucht werden können.
  3. Unter „Online-Buchung" sehen Sie, ob Kunden über die Website Termine in diesem Kalender buchen dürfen.

Termine selbst legen Sie im CRM an. Der Kalender bestimmt nur, wann ein Termin möglich ist.

Einen Textbaustein oder Tag nutzen

  1. Öffnen Sie „Textbausteine" oder „Tags", um die vorhandenen Einträge zu sehen.
  2. Beim Schreiben einer Mail oder eines Dokuments wählen Sie den Textbaustein aus der Liste aus.
  3. Tags vergeben Sie direkt am Eintrag, etwa an einem Kontakt.

Einen neuen Textbaustein oder Tag legen Sie mit „Speichern" an, sofern Ihre Rolle das erlaubt.

Eine Vorlage verwenden

Dokument-Vorlagen sind die Grundlage für Angebote, Rechnungen und Briefe, E-Mail-Vorlagen für Mails. Sie wählen die Vorlage beim Erstellen im jeweiligen Bereich aus. Unter „Dokument-Vorlagen" und „E-Mail-Vorlagen" sehen Sie, welche es gibt.

Benachrichtigungen einstellen

  1. Öffnen Sie Ihre persönlichen Benachrichtigungs-Einstellungen.
  2. Wählen Sie je Kanal, etwa Mail, Push oder Chat, ob Sie dort Benachrichtigungen erhalten wollen.
  3. Speichern Sie die Einstellung.

Eine lästige, sich wiederholende Benachrichtigung können Sie für eine Zeit schlummern lassen. Welche Ereignisse überhaupt jemanden benachrichtigen, legen die „Benachrichtigungsregeln" fest. Die pflegt Ihr Administrator.

Häufige Fragen

Eine Benachrichtigung kommt bei mir nicht an. Warum? Keine Regel deckt das Ereignis ab, Sie haben den Kanal abgeschaltet, oder die Benachrichtigung schlummert gerade. Prüfen Sie Ihre Einstellungen. Fehlt eine Regel, hilft Ihr Administrator.

In einem Formular fehlt ein Team oder Standort in der Auswahl. Der Eintrag ist in der Konfiguration noch nicht angelegt. Bitten Sie Ihren Administrator, ihn anzulegen.

Kunden können online keinen Termin buchen. Die Online-Buchung des Kalenders ist aus, oder die Betriebszeiten lassen den gewünschten Zeitpunkt nicht zu. Prüfen Sie beides im Kalender.

Ich sehe viele Einträge unter „Konfiguration", die ich nicht verstehe. Die meisten Ansichten dienen der Einrichtung. Für Ihre tägliche Arbeit brauchen Sie sie nicht.

Was automatisch passiert

Tritt ein Ereignis ein, prüft die Plattform die Benachrichtigungsregeln und wählt Empfänger und Kanäle nach den Einstellungen jedes Nutzers. Ein Standort bekommt beim Speichern seine Position auf der Karte. Nachrichten aus Messengern wie WhatsApp oder Telegram werden von hier aus als Konversation am passenden Kontakt abgelegt.
