Tray-Symbol und Schnellzugriff

Das wichtigste Element im Alltag ist das aYOUne-Symbol in der System-Tray (Windows: Taskleiste unten rechts, macOS: Menüleiste oben rechts, Linux: Statusleiste). Es bleibt sichtbar auch wenn Sie das Hauptfenster schließen, und liefert Schnellzugriff auf die Funktionen, die Sie am häufigsten brauchen.

Linksklick auf das Tray-Symbol

Öffnet sofort das Hauptfenster. Wenn das Hauptfenster bereits offen, aber im Hintergrund ist, bringt der Klick es nach vorne. So vermeiden Sie das Suchen im Alt-Tab-Wirrwarr.

Rechtsklick auf das Tray-Symbol

Öffnet das Schnellaktionen-Menü. Standardmäßig finden Sie dort:

  • Hauptfenster öffnen — wie ein Linksklick.
  • Neuer Lead — schnelle Eingabemaske für einen Vertriebskontakt. Felder: Firma, Ansprechpartner, Telefon, E-Mail, kurze Notiz. „Speichern" legt den Lead direkt in Ihrem CRM an.
  • Neue Aufgabe — Aufgabentitel, Empfänger, Fälligkeit, Notiz. Landet in Ihrem PM mit Ihrem Account als Ersteller.
  • Timer starten / stoppen — Zeiterfassung für ein Projekt oder eine Aufgabe. Während der Timer läuft, sehen Sie die laufende Zeit am Tray-Symbol.
  • Anrufverlauf — letzte 10 ein- und ausgehende Anrufe.
  • Benachrichtigungen — alle ungelesenen System-Pushes auf einen Blick.
  • Mandant wechseln — wenn Sie an mehreren aYOUne-Konten angemeldet sind.
  • Abmelden — beendet die Sitzung und schließt das Tray-Symbol.

Tray-Badge

Das Tray-Symbol zeigt einen kleinen Punkt oder eine Zahl, wenn:

  • Ungelesene Benachrichtigungen vorliegen (Anzahl als Zahl).
  • Ein Anruf hereinkommt (rot blinkend).
  • Ein Update zur Installation bereit ist (kleiner blauer Punkt).
  • Ein Sync-Konflikt aufgetreten ist (gelbes Dreieck — siehe Datei-Synchronisation).
  • Der Timer läuft (laufende Sekundenanzeige neben dem Symbol).

Tray-Symbol verstecken

Wenn Sie es nicht mögen: Hauptfenster → Einstellungen → System → „Tray-Symbol anzeigen" abschalten. Achtung: ohne Tray-Symbol gehen Sie aus aYOUne raus, sobald das Hauptfenster geschlossen wird (keine eingehenden Anrufe / Push mehr).

Quick-Action: Neuer Lead

Beispiel-Workflow: Telefon klingelt, Kunde fragt nach Angebot. Sie:

  1. Rechtsklick auf Tray-Symbol → Neuer Lead.
  2. Tippen Firmenname, Ansprechpartner, Telefonnummer.
  3. Notiz: „Anfrage Angebot 5x Lizenz Pro".
  4. „Speichern".

Der Lead steht direkt im CRM und kann vom Vertriebsteam weiterbearbeitet werden — ohne dass Sie das Hauptfenster geöffnet, durch die Vertriebs-Maske geklickt oder die Eingabe-Form gesucht haben.
