Mehrere Konten verwalten

Wenn Sie an mehreren aYOUne-Mandanten arbeiten — als externer Berater, als Standortleiter mehrerer Filialen, oder weil Sie ein eigenes Konto und ein Firmenkonto haben — können Sie alle Konten parallel anmelden und mit einem Klick wechseln.

Konto hinzufügen

  1. Tray-Symbol oder Hauptfenster → Profil (Avatar oben rechts) → Konto hinzufügen.
  2. Login-Maske öffnet sich — geben Sie die E-Mail des anderen Kontos ein.
  3. Mandant auswählen, Passwort, ggf. 2FA.

Nach erfolgreichem Login sehen Sie im Profil-Menü beide Konten gelistet.

Zwischen Konten wechseln

Profil → Konto wechseln → Konto auswählen.

  • Das Hauptfenster lädt komplett neu mit dem neuen Mandanten — andere Daten, anderes Branding, andere Berechtigungen.
  • Der Sync-Ordner schaltet auf den neuen Mandanten um (siehe Hinweis unten).
  • Eingehende Anrufe / Push-Benachrichtigungen kommen jetzt aus dem neuen Mandanten.

Im Tray-Symbol sehen Sie ein farbiges Zeichen, das den aktuellen Mandanten kennzeichnet — damit Sie auf einen Blick wissen, in welchem Mandanten Sie gerade sind.

Sync-Ordner bei mehreren Konten

Jeder Mandant bekommt einen eigenen Unterordner im Datei-Sync:

~/aYOUne/
├── Firma-A/      ← Sync-Ordner für Mandant A
└── Firma-B/      ← Sync-Ordner für Mandant B

Wenn Sie zwischen Konten wechseln, ändern sich nicht die Pfade — alles bleibt da. Aber nur der gerade aktive Mandant wird aktiv synchronisiert. Inaktive Mandanten lesen und schreiben nichts neu.

Benachrichtigungen aus allen Konten

Standardmäßig bekommen Sie Push-Benachrichtigungen nur aus dem aktiven Mandanten. Wenn Sie auch über die anderen Mandanten informiert werden wollen:

Einstellungen → Benachrichtigungen → Mehrkonten-Modus: an.

Push-Toasts zeigen dann den Mandanten-Namen mit, damit Sie wissen wo es herkommt. Klick auf den Toast wechselt automatisch in den richtigen Mandanten und öffnet das relevante Detail.

Konto entfernen

Profil → das Konto auswählen → Konto entfernen.

Sie werden ausgeloggt, der lokale Sync-Ordner für diesen Mandanten bleibt erhalten (löschen Sie ihn manuell, wenn Sie ihn nicht mehr brauchen).

Sicherheits-Hinweis

Auch wenn mehrere Konten angemeldet sind, sind sie strikt voneinander getrennt:

  • Daten von Mandant A sehen Sie nie aus Mandant B heraus.
  • Zwischenablage-Sync (siehe Zwischenablage-Sync) läuft nur innerhalb desselben Mandanten.
  • Kollegen aus Mandant A sehen nicht, dass Sie auch in Mandant B angemeldet sind.

Konto-Tipps für Berater

Wenn Sie als externer Berater an vielen aYOUne-Mandanten arbeiten:

  • Vergeben Sie sich pro Mandant einen sprechenden Anzeigenamen, damit Sie sich nicht im Wechseln verlieren — z.B. „Müller bei Firma A" statt nur „Müller".
  • Nutzen Sie pro Mandant eine andere Mandanten-Akzentfarbe im Branding, damit Sie auf einen Blick sehen, wo Sie gerade sind.
  • Aktivieren Sie den Mehrkonten-Push-Modus, sonst verpassen Sie Anrufe an Mandanten, die gerade nicht aktiv sind.
