Barcode- und QR-Scanner

Sie scannen Barcodes oder QR-Codes auf zwei Arten: per Webcam oder per Hand-Scanner.

Mit Webcam scannen

Voraussetzung: Eine Kamera am Rechner (eingebaut oder USB-Webcam).

  1. Hauptfenster → Werkzeuge → Scanner.
  2. Falls die App das erste Mal die Kamera benutzt, fragt das Betriebssystem nach Erlaubnis. Bestätigen.
  3. Halten Sie den Code in den sichtbaren Bereich der Kamera.
  4. Beim erfolgreichen Scan piept es kurz und der erkannte Inhalt erscheint.

Was passiert dann hängt vom Inhalt ab:

  • Produkt-Barcode (EAN): aYOUne sucht das Produkt im Katalog und öffnet die Detailseite.
  • Lieferschein-QR: öffnet den Lieferschein im Wareneingangs-Workflow.
  • Mitarbeiter-Karten-QR: öffnet das Profil des Mitarbeiters.
  • Unbekannter Code: zeigt nur den Inhalt, Sie können ihn manuell weiterverwenden (kopieren, in eine Suche einfügen).

Mit Hand-Scanner scannen

USB-Hand-Scanner verhalten sich wie Tastaturen — sie „tippen" den gescannten Code in das aktive Eingabefeld.

Im Desktop-Client funktioniert das so:

  1. Cursor in ein Eingabefeld setzen, in dem ein Code erwartet wird (z.B. „Artikel-Suche", „Sendungs-ID").
  2. Code mit dem Hand-Scanner scannen.
  3. Der Code erscheint im Feld, gefolgt automatisch von einem Enter.
  4. Die Suche / der Workflow startet sofort.

Manche Hand-Scanner haben Konfigurations-Codes (zum Scannen, nicht zum Eintippen), mit denen Sie das Suffix einstellen können. Standard ist \r\n oder \r — meistens passt das.

Workflow-Beispiel: Wareneingang

  1. Lieferung kommt rein, Sie nehmen den Lieferschein.
  2. Hauptfenster → Lager → Wareneingang neu anlegen.
  3. Scanner wartet auf Lieferschein-QR.
  4. Scannen — der Lieferschein wird im System geöffnet.
  5. Jeden physischen Karton scannen → wird als „eingelagert" markiert.
  6. Wenn alle Positionen durch sind: Bestätigen → Wareneingang ist abgeschlossen.

So gehen Sie ohne einen einzigen Tastenanschlag durch den ganzen Wareneingang.

Workflow-Beispiel: Produkt suchen

  1. Cursor in die globale Suche (Strg+K).
  2. Produkt-Barcode scannen (mit Webcam oder Hand-Scanner).
  3. Direkt zur Produktseite.

Mehrere Codes hintereinander scannen

Im Scanner-Fenster (Werkzeuge → Scanner) gibt es einen Sammelmodus: jeder gescannte Code landet in einer Liste, ohne dass dazwischen ein Workflow geöffnet wird. Praktisch für Inventur. Am Ende exportieren Sie die Liste oder schicken sie als Inventur-Erfassung an aYOUne.

Wenn die Kamera nicht funktioniert

  • Berechtigung erteilt? Systemeinstellungen → Datenschutz → Kamera → aYOUne erlauben.
  • Andere App nutzt die Kamera gerade? (z.B. Teams im Hintergrund) — Kamera kann nur ein Programm zur Zeit nutzen.
  • Falsche Kamera ausgewählt? Scanner-Fenster → Zahnrad-Symbol → Kamera-Quelle wechseln.
  • Schlechte Beleuchtung — gibt unscharfe Codes. Mehr Licht hilft.

Wenn der Hand-Scanner nicht erkannt wird

Wie bei Tastaturen: einfach in einen USB-Port stecken, sollte sofort funktionieren. Falls nicht:

  • Anderen USB-Port probieren.
  • Im Geräte-Manager prüfen ob das Gerät als Tastatur erkannt ist.
  • Konfiguration zurücksetzen: in der Hersteller-Anleitung nachschauen wie — meist ein bestimmter Reset-Code zum Scannen.

QR-Code generieren

Sie können auch selbst QR-Codes erzeugen:

Hauptfenster → Werkzeuge → Scanner → Tab „QR generieren".

Inhalt eingeben (URL, Text, Telefonnummer, vCard) → QR-Code wird live angezeigt → speichern als PNG oder direkt drucken.
