Projects, tasks and sprints, in the same system as your customers.
Project management in aYOUne is not an island next to CRMCRMCRM (Customer Relationship Management) is software for managing customer relationships — contacts, history and deals in one place. It shows who to follow up with and when. and accounting. Tasks are tied to the customer, the quote and the invoice. Commits land on the task automatically, tracked time becomes billable work, no export, no second tool.
A customer project starts in sales, runs through tasks and sprints, and gets invoiced at the end. For most teams it then lives in three tools: the project in Jira, the hours in a spreadsheet, the invoice in a separate accounting app. In aYOUne it is one flow, the same project, the same tasks, the same time, the same invoice.
From a ticket list to a project hub
Traditional project management stops at the tool boundary: the ticket tool knows nothing about the customer, time tracking knows nothing about the order, and accounting knows nothing about the change you actually meant to bill for. Every boundary costs you an export and a duplicate.
In aYOUne a project is tied to the customer from the CRM, to the quote from sales and to time tracking. A task can be a billable change request that ends up on an invoice automatically. Tasks, sprints, milestones, story points and retrospectives all live in the same system you invoice and report from.
Projects & teams
Projects with a key, budget, price groups and color-coded labels. Teams with roles such as Developer, Reviewer, Tester and Designer, per-team working hours, and feature toggles that decide per project what is active, from stories and sprints to meeting minutes and time tracking.
Tasks with full context
Tickets with status, priority, type and story points (effort, risk, complexity). Comments with reactions, votes and mentions, watchers and reviewers, checklists, attachments and linked wiki pages, all on a single ticket.
Sprints, epics & agile planning
Time-boxed sprints with a burndown chart, epics spanning multiple sprints, and user stories in the role, want, so-that format with a Definition of Done and acceptance criteria. Start/stop/keep retrospectives close the loop.
Milestones, roadmap & capacity
Milestones with start and end dates and conditions, progress derived from open and closed tasks, a timeline roadmap and per-team capacity planning, so dates are calculated, not guessed.
Dev integration: commits become tasks
Bitbucket, GitLab and Jira are connected. Commits are parsed and land on the task automatically, release notes and changelogs are generated from the tickets. Design tools like Figma and Adobe XD embed directly, and dev, review and test status live on the ticket.
Time tracking & billing
Worklogs capture time directly on the task. Change requests and feature requests can be flagged as billable, including customer approval and automatic invoicing. Line items with product, quantity and price turn project work into an invoice.
Who works with it
Agencies & service providers
Customer projects are tied to the contact in the CRM. Change requests become billable with customer sign-off, time becomes deliverable work, and the invoice is created without a detour through a second program.
Software & product teams
Sprints, epics and stories with story points, commits attached to the ticket automatically, release notes and changelogs generated from the tasks. aYOUne itself is built with these very tools.
Project leads & PMOs
Milestones, capacity planning and progress across every project, enriched with time tracking, budgets and reporting, the overview comes from real data, not from status slides kept up by hand.
What project management connects to
A project in aYOUne is the hub for how you deliver:
- the customer and the contact from the CRM the project is tied to
- the quote and the order from sales the project grows out of
- time tracking with worklogs directly on the task
- the invoice in accounting, the moment a change becomes billable
- the commits, pipelines and deployments from DevOpsDevOpsDevOps covers the tech that runs and maintains software — servers, updates, monitoring. The aYOUne DevOps module shows you whether everything's healthy, no server expertise needed. that show up on the ticket
- the release notes and changelogs published as wiki pages in the knowledge area
- the progress and workload in reporting
And the AIAIAI (Artificial Intelligence) is software that handles tasks you'd normally need a person for — writing text, answering questions, spotting patterns. In aYOUne it works right on your company data. copilot knows your projects: as a dedicated project management agent, one of the platform's 60-plus AI agents, it answers questions about tasks, deadlines and progress from exactly this data, not from an after-the-fact report.

A 30-minute demo shows how a project runs from the customer contact through the task to the invoice in one system, with commits that land on the ticket by themselves.
