Im Bereich Einkauf bestellen Sie bei Lieferanten, nehmen Ware entgegen, erfassen Eingangsrechnungen und bearbeiten Bestellungen aus angebundenen Marktplätzen.

Funktionen

  • Bei Lieferanten bestellen – Eine Bestellung anlegen, freigeben lassen, bestellen und die Lieferung entgegennehmen.
  • Lieferanten und Anfragen – Lieferantenvereinbarungen und -produkte nachschlagen, Angebote anfragen.
  • Interne Bestellungen – Bei einem anderen Bereich des eigenen Unternehmens bestellen.
  • Marktplatz-Bestellungen – Bestellungen aus Marktplätzen importieren, annehmen oder ablehnen und den Versand melden.

Im Bereich Einkauf bestellen Sie Material und Waren bei Ihren Lieferanten, nehmen die Lieferung entgegen und erfassen die Rechnung. Außerdem bearbeiten Sie hier Bestellungen, die über angebundene Marktplätze bei Ihrem Unternehmen eingehen.

Häufige Fragen

Ich habe „Freigeben“ geklickt, aber die Bestellung ist nicht freigegeben. Die Bestellung liegt über dem Budget. Die Freigabeanfrage wartet auf eine Entscheidung. Offene Freigaben sehen die Zuständigen in ihrem Posteingang.

Eine Schaltfläche an der Bestellung wird abgewiesen. Der Schritt passt nicht zum Stand der Bestellung. Halten Sie die Reihenfolge ein: freigeben, bestellen, entgegennehmen.

Ein Marktplatz zeigt „abgelaufen“ oder „Fehler“. Die Verbindung zum Marktplatz muss erneuert werden. Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator.

Einer importierten Bestellung fehlen die Produkte. Die Zuordnung läuft im Hintergrund. Warten Sie einige Minuten. Bleibt sie leer, stoßen Sie die Zuordnung an der Bestellung erneut an.

Warum kann ich Bestände hier nicht ändern? Bestände werden im Lager gepflegt. Der Einkauf zeigt sie nur an.

Wo Sie es finden

Melden Sie sich in der App Ihres Unternehmens an (zum Beispiel pwa.ayoune.app oder Ihre eigene Plattform-Adresse) und öffnen Sie im Menü den Bereich Einkauf. Dort finden Sie unter anderem Lieferantenbestellungen, Wareneingänge, Eingangsrechnungen, Lieferantenvereinbarungen, Lieferantenprodukte, Lieferantenanfragen, Interne Bestellungen, Handelskanäle, Handelskanal-Bestellungen und Bestände. Welche Einträge Sie sehen, legt Ihr Administrator über Ihre Rolle fest.

Schritt für Schritt: Bei Lieferanten bestellen

  1. Öffnen Sie Einkauf → Lieferantenbestellungen und legen Sie eine Bestellung an.
  2. Wählen Sie den Lieferanten und fügen Sie die Positionen mit Menge und Preis hinzu.
  3. Klicken Sie auf Freigeben. Liegt die Bestellung im Budget, ist sie sofort freigegeben. Liegt sie darüber, geht eine Freigabeanfrage an die zuständige Person, und die Bestellung wartet auf deren Entscheidung.
  4. Nach der Freigabe senden Sie die Bestellung mit Bestellen ab.
  5. Kommt die Ware an, buchen Sie sie mit Entgegennehmen oder über Wareneingänge ein. Unter Erhaltene Positionen sehen Sie, was bereits geliefert wurde.
  6. Erfassen Sie die Rechnung des Lieferanten unter Eingangsrechnungen.
  7. Wird eine Bestellung nicht mehr gebraucht, nutzen Sie Stornieren.

Schritt für Schritt: Lieferanten und Anfragen

  1. Unter Lieferantenvereinbarungen sehen Sie, welche Konditionen mit einem Lieferanten gelten und ob die Vereinbarung unterzeichnet, verlängert, ausgelaufen oder gekündigt ist.
  2. Unter Lieferantenprodukte finden Sie, was ein Lieferant anbietet und zu welchem Preis.
  3. Brauchen Sie ein Angebot, legen Sie unter Lieferantenanfragen eine Anfrage an.

Schritt für Schritt: Interne Bestellungen

  1. Öffnen Sie Einkauf → Interne Bestellungen und legen Sie eine Bestellung an, etwa vom Vertrieb an die Fertigung.
  2. Tragen Sie im Reiter Positionen ein, was benötigt wird.
  3. In den Reitern Material und Fertigungsaufträge verfolgen Sie, wie die Bestellung umgesetzt wird.

Schritt für Schritt: Marktplatz-Bestellungen

  1. Öffnen Sie Einkauf → Handelskanal-Bestellungen und klicken Sie auf Importieren. Neue Bestellungen des Marktplatzes werden übernommen.
  2. Prüfen Sie jede Bestellung und klicken Sie auf Annehmen oder Ablehnen.
  3. Übernehmen Sie eine angenommene Bestellung mit Befördern in Ihren Verkauf.
  4. Ist die Ware unterwegs, klicken Sie auf Als versendet melden. Der Marktplatz erhält die Versandmeldung.
  5. Unter Handelskanäle sehen Sie, ob die Verbindung zum Marktplatz besteht. Verbindung testen prüft sie.

Was automatisch passiert

  • Überschreitet eine Bestellung das Budget, entsteht automatisch eine Freigabeanfrage.
  • Importierte Marktplatz-Bestellungen werden im Hintergrund Ihren Produkten zugeordnet.
  • Fällt eine Qualitätskontrolle in der Fertigung durch, wird die Bestellposition, aus der das Material stammt, als Reklamation markiert.
