Im E-Commerce bearbeiten Sie die Bestellungen Ihres Shops von der Zahlung bis zur Erstattung, prüfen Druckdaten, geben Produktbewertungen frei und sehen Warenkörbe und Merklisten Ihrer Kunden; Ihre Kunden bestellen über den Shop auf Ihrer Website.

Funktionen

  • Bestellungen – Bestellungen finden, als bezahlt markieren, erfüllen, stornieren und erstatten, Druckdaten prüfen.
  • Produktbewertungen – Bewertungen von Kunden freigeben, ablehnen und beantworten.
  • Warenkörbe und Merklisten – Offene und aufgegebene Warenkörbe sowie Merklisten Ihrer Kunden einsehen.
  • Versand – Versandzonen, Versandarten und Versandklassen ansehen.

Was Sie hier tun

Im E-Commerce laufen die Bestellungen aus dem Shop Ihrer Website zusammen. Sie markieren eine Bestellung als bezahlt, erfüllen sie, stornieren oder erstatten sie. Sie prüfen Druckdaten für gestaltete Produkte und geben Bewertungen Ihrer Kunden frei.

Sie finden den Bereich in der PWA unter pwa.ayoune.app im Menü unter „E-Commerce". Dort stehen „Bestellungen", „Produktbewertungen", „Warenkörbe", „Merklisten", „Shops", „Versandzonen", „Versandarten", „Versandklassen", „Transaktionen" und „Empfehlungen".

Ihre Kunden kaufen im Shop auf Ihrer Website. Produkte und Preise pflegen Sie im Produkt-Bereich, Zahlungsarten im Zahlungs-Bereich.

Schritt für Schritt

Eine Bestellung bearbeiten

  1. Öffnen Sie „Bestellungen". Die Schnellfilter „Neu", „Zahlung ausstehend", „Bezahlt", „Erfüllt" und „Abgeschlossen" zeigen den Stand.
  2. Tippen Sie auf die Bestellung. Sie sehen Positionen, Adressen, Wunschtermin und die Notiz des Kunden.
  3. Ist die Zahlung eingegangen, wählen Sie „Als bezahlt markieren".
  4. Ist die Ware unterwegs, wählen Sie „Erfüllen".
  5. Soll eine noch nicht bezahlte Bestellung nicht ausgeführt werden, wählen Sie „Stornieren". Ist sie schon bezahlt und muss Geld zurück, wählen Sie „Erstatten".

Nicht jeder Schritt ist von jedem Stand aus möglich. Eine stornierte oder erstattete Bestellung lässt sich zum Beispiel nicht mehr ändern.

Druckdaten prüfen

  1. Öffnen Sie eine Bestellung mit einem gestalteten Produkt.
  2. An der Position sehen Sie die Datei des Kunden und das Ergebnis der automatischen Prüfung.
  3. Wählen Sie „Druckdaten freigeben" oder „Druckdaten ablehnen".

Eine Bewertung freigeben

  1. Öffnen Sie „Produktbewertungen". Neue Bewertungen stehen unter „Ausstehend".
  2. Lesen Sie die Bewertung.
  3. Geben Sie sie frei oder lehnen Sie sie ab. Erst nach der Freigabe erscheint sie im Shop.
  4. Auf Wunsch schreiben Sie eine Antwort. Sie erscheint unter der Bewertung.

Warenkörbe und Merklisten ansehen

Unter „Warenkörbe" sehen Sie, was Kunden gerade in ihren Korb gelegt haben. Der Filter „Aufgegeben" zeigt Körbe, die nicht bis zur Kasse kamen, „Zurückgeholt" die, die später doch bestellt wurden. Unter „Merklisten" sehen Sie, welche Produkte sich Kunden gemerkt haben.

Für Kunden: im Shop bestellen

  1. Legen Sie Produkte in den Warenkorb.
  2. Gehen Sie zur Kasse und geben Sie Ihre Adresse an. Auf Wunsch nennen Sie einen Wunschtermin und eine Notiz.
  3. Wählen Sie eine Versandart und bezahlen Sie.
  4. Bei einem gestalteten Produkt laden Sie Ihre Druckdatei an der Position hoch.

Nach dem Kauf können Sie das Produkt bewerten. Ihre Bewertung erscheint nach der Prüfung durch den Shop.

Häufige Fragen

Ein Produkt erscheint im Shop als nicht verfügbar. Der Bestand ist im Produkt-Bereich nicht gepflegt. Prüfen Sie den Bestand am Produkt.

Ein Kunde findet sein Land nicht in der Kasse. Das Land gehört zu keiner Versandzone. Bitten Sie Ihren Administrator, es einer Zone zuzuordnen.

Ich kann eine Bestellung nicht erstatten. Der Schritt ist vom aktuellen Stand aus nicht möglich, oder Ihre Rolle darf keine Erstattung auslösen. Prüfen Sie den Stand der Bestellung und fragen Sie sonst Ihren Administrator.

Die Prüfung einer Druckdatei kommt nicht voran. Die automatische Prüfung läuft im Hintergrund. Bleibt sie länger stehen, informieren Sie Ihren Administrator.

Eine Bewertung ist im Shop nicht zu sehen. Sie wurde noch nicht freigegeben. Prüfen Sie unter „Produktbewertungen", ob sie noch aussteht.

Was automatisch passiert

Aus dem Warenkorb entsteht beim Abschicken eine Bestellung. Wird die Kasse versehentlich zweimal abgeschickt, entsteht trotzdem nur eine Bestellung. Die Versandkosten berechnet der Shop aus dem Land und den Versandarten. Hochgeladene Druckdaten werden kurz danach automatisch geprüft.
