Im Bereich Planung erstellen Sie die Geschäftsplanung Ihres Unternehmens, rechnen Varianten in Szenarien durch und erhalten daraus Planbilanz, Ergebnis und Liquidität.

Funktionen

  • Ein Planungsmodell aufbauen – Zeitplan, Dimensionen, Modell und Blöcke anlegen.
  • Szenarien rechnen – Varianten eines Modells anlegen, Werte eingeben und das Ergebnis lesen.
  • Alerts auf Kennzahlen – Eine Schwelle je Kennzahl setzen, die das Szenario überwacht.
  • Branchen-Vergleich – Die eigenen Kennzahlen neben den anonymisierten Branchenschnitt stellen.

Im Bereich Planung bauen Sie die Geschäftsplanung Ihres Unternehmens auf und rechnen verschiedene Annahmen durch. Aus dem Ergebnis lesen Sie Planbilanz, Gewinn und Liquidität und erstellen Unterlagen für Bank oder Finanzierung.

Häufige Fragen

Das Modell lässt sich nicht öffnen oder nicht rechnen. Die Rechenfunktion ist gerade nicht erreichbar. Versuchen Sie es später erneut. Dimensionen, Blöcke und Szenarien können Sie in der Zwischenzeit weiter bearbeiten.

Meine Eingaben sind verschwunden. Seit Ihrem letzten Snapshot wurde die Rechenfunktion neu gestartet. Legen Sie Snapshots regelmäßig an, damit das nicht wieder passiert.

In einer Dimension fehlen neue Kostenstellen oder Produkte. Führen Sie an der Dimension den Abgleich aus. Danach erscheinen die neuen Einträge.

Das Bank-Paket meldet eine Bilanzdifferenz. Die Prüfung nennt die betroffene Periode. Ergänzen Sie dort fehlende Blöcke oder Werte.

Das Dossier zeigt einen alten Stand. Ein Dossier ist ein fester Stand. Erzeugen Sie es nach Änderungen neu.

Wo Sie es finden

Melden Sie sich in der App Ihres Unternehmens an (zum Beispiel pwa.ayoune.app oder Ihre eigene Plattform-Adresse) und öffnen Sie im Menü den Bereich Planung. Dort finden Sie Modelle, Szenarien, Dimensionen, Blöcke, Zeitpläne, Alerts und den Branchen-Benchmark. Welche Einträge Sie sehen, legt Ihr Administrator über Ihre Rolle fest.

Schritt für Schritt: Ein Planungsmodell aufbauen

  1. Öffnen Sie Planung → Zeitpläne und legen Sie den Planungszeitraum an. Geben Sie einen Namen ein und wählen Sie, ob Sie in Monaten, Quartalen oder Jahren planen.
  2. Legen Sie unter Dimensionen die Achsen Ihrer Planung an, etwa Kostenstellen oder Produkte. Eine Dimension füllen Sie entweder von Hand oder lassen sie aus den vorhandenen Daten Ihres Unternehmens übernehmen.
  3. Öffnen Sie Modelle, legen Sie ein Modell mit Namen an und wählen Sie die Dimensionen.
  4. Fügen Sie unter Blöcke die Bausteine hinzu: allgemeine Posten, Darlehen, Investitionen mit Abschreibung oder Steuern.
  5. Alternativ starten Sie aus einer Vorlage oder übernehmen eine bestehende Planung aus einer Excel-Datei.

Schritt für Schritt: Szenarien rechnen

  1. Öffnen Sie Planung → Szenarien und legen Sie zu Ihrem Modell ein Szenario an, zum Beispiel Basis oder Forecast.
  2. Öffnen Sie das Szenario. Im Planungs-Raster tragen Sie Werte, Formeln und Verteilungen je Periode ein.
  3. Das Ergebnis wird sofort berechnet. Sie sehen Planbilanz, Ergebnisrechnung und Liquidität.
  4. Legen Sie regelmäßig einen Snapshot an. So bleibt Ihr Arbeitsstand gesichert.
  5. Aus Modell und Szenario erzeugen Sie das Bank-Paket mit Planbilanz, Kapitaldienst und Schuldendienstdeckung und laden es als Datei herunter. Das Finanzierungs-Dossier hält den Stand als fertige Präsentation fest.

Schritt für Schritt: Alerts auf Kennzahlen

  1. Öffnen Sie Planung → Alerts und legen Sie einen Alert an.
  2. Wählen Sie die Kennzahl und die Bedingung: kleiner, größer, gleich, ungleich oder eine Abweichung in Prozent.
  3. Setzen Sie den Alert auf aktiv. Im Entwurf oder archiviert wird er nicht geprüft.

Schritt für Schritt: Branchen-Vergleich

  1. Öffnen Sie Planung → Branchen-Benchmark und melden Sie Ihr Unternehmen in eine Vergleichsgruppe ein.
  2. Die Ansicht stellt Ihre Kennzahlen aus der Buchhaltung neben den Durchschnitt der Gruppe.
  3. Im Modell finden Sie denselben Vergleich im Reiter Benchmark.

Was automatisch passiert

  • Jede Eingabe im Szenario wird sofort durchgerechnet.
  • Das Bank-Paket wird vor der Ausgabe auf eine ausgeglichene Bilanz geprüft.
  • Übernimmt eine Dimension Daten aus Ihrem Unternehmen, holt ein Abgleich neue Einträge nach.
  • In den Branchenvergleich gehen nur anonymisierte Kennzahlen. Andere Unternehmen sehen Ihre Zahlen nicht.
