Im Bereich Produktinformationen legen Sie Produkte an und pflegen Preise, Texte, Bilder, Varianten und Stücklisten, prüfen die Vollständigkeit der Daten und stellen Feeds für Marktplätze bereit.

Funktionen

  • Produkte anlegen und pflegen – Ein Produkt anlegen und in den Reitern Preise, Texte, Bilder, Lager und Varianten ergänzen.
  • Kalkulation – Kosten aus der Stückliste berechnen oder vorab simulieren.
  • Datenqualität prüfen – Fehlende Angaben finden und mehrere Produkte auf einmal ändern.
  • Feeds und Listen – Produkt-Feeds für Marktplätze erzeugen und Produktlisten zusammenstellen.

Was Sie hier tun

Im Bereich Produktinformationen pflegen Sie alle Angaben zu Ihren Produkten an einer Stelle: Preise, Texte, Bilder, Varianten, Stücklisten und Verpackungseinheiten. Shop, Lager, Einkauf, Produktion und Verkauf verwenden diese Daten direkt.

Häufige Fragen

Nach „Anreichern“ hat sich nichts geändert. Der Auftrag wird im Hintergrund bearbeitet. Öffnen Sie das Produkt nach einigen Minuten erneut. Bleibt es leer, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator.

Eine Variante übernimmt meine Änderung am Hauptprodukt nicht. Die Variante hat in diesem Feld einen eigenen Wert. Löschen Sie den Wert an der Variante, dann gilt wieder der Wert des Hauptprodukts.

Der Feed zeigt noch alte Angaben. Wurde die Vorlage geändert, wenden Sie sie am Feed mit Vorlage neu anwenden erneut an.

Die EAN-Suche findet nichts. Prüfen Sie die Nummer. Nicht jeder Artikel ist beim Anbieter der Suche bekannt.

Ich sehe nicht alle Produkte in der Liste. Die Liste zeigt die Produkte seitenweise. Blättern Sie weiter oder grenzen Sie mit Filtern ein.

Wo Sie es finden

Melden Sie sich in der App Ihres Unternehmens an (zum Beispiel pwa.ayoune.app oder Ihre eigene Plattform-Adresse) und öffnen Sie im Menü den Bereich Produktinformationen. Dort finden Sie Produkte, Attribute, Attributgruppen, Validierung, Feeds, Listen und Selektionen. Welche Einträge Sie sehen, legt Ihr Administrator über Ihre Rolle fest.

Schritt für Schritt: Produkte anlegen und pflegen

Ein Produkt anlegen

  1. Öffnen Sie Produktinformationen → Produkte und klicken Sie auf Anlegen.
  2. Tragen Sie Name, Artikelnummer, Preis und Typ ein und speichern Sie.
  3. Das Produkt öffnet sich in der Bearbeitung.

Ein Produkt ergänzen

  1. Die Bearbeitung ist in Reiter gegliedert. Die wichtigsten sind Übersicht, Details, Preise & Steuern, Verkaufspreise, Texte, Bilder, Medien & Farben, Anhänge, Lager & Versand, Verpackungseinheiten und Varianten.
  2. Wechseln Sie in den passenden Reiter, ändern Sie die Angaben und speichern Sie.
  3. Unter Varianten legen Sie Ausführungen an, etwa Farben oder Größen. Eine Variante übernimmt die Angaben des Hauptprodukts, solange Sie in ihr keinen eigenen Wert eintragen.
  4. Bestandsänderungen und Lagerbestände zeigen, wie viel wo vorrätig ist.

Ein Produkt suchen

Nutzen Sie das Suchfeld über der Produktliste oder die Filter. Mit dem Filter „Feld fehlt“ finden Sie Produkte, denen eine Angabe fehlt.

Schritt für Schritt: Kalkulation

  1. Tragen Sie im Reiter Material (Stückliste) die Teile und Mengen ein.
  2. Öffnen Sie den Reiter Kalkulation und klicken Sie auf Neu berechnen. Die Kosten der Teile werden zusammengerechnet und am Produkt gespeichert.
  3. Möchten Sie nur sehen, was herauskäme, nutzen Sie Simulation oder den Reiter Was-wäre-wenn. Dabei wird nichts gespeichert.

Schritt für Schritt: Datenqualität prüfen

  1. Öffnen Sie Produktinformationen → Validierung. Jede Kachel zeigt, wie vielen Produkten eine bestimmte Angabe fehlt.
  2. Klicken Sie auf eine Kachel, um die betroffenen Produkte zu sehen.
  3. Markieren Sie in der Produktliste mehrere Produkte. Über die Auswahl-Leiste ändern Sie Felder für alle gleichzeitig, suchen Dubletten nach Artikelnummer oder starten die EAN-Suche.
  4. Mit Anreichern und Außentexte erzeugen lassen Sie Angaben und Texte vorschlagen. Bild erzeugen erstellt ein Produktbild aus den Stammdaten.

Schritt für Schritt: Feeds und Listen

  1. Öffnen Sie Produktinformationen → Feeds und legen Sie einen Feed aus einer Vorlage an.
  2. Prüfen Sie den Inhalt mit Vorschau.
  3. Über Adresse erhalten Sie den Link, den Sie beim Marktplatz eintragen.
  4. Unter Listen und Selektionen stellen Sie Produkte zusammen, etwa für eine Aktion im Shop.

Was automatisch passiert

  • Änderungen am Produkt sind sofort im Shop, im Lager und im Verkauf sichtbar.
  • Anreichern, Außentexte und Bilder werden im Hintergrund erstellt. Das Ergebnis erscheint am Produkt, sobald es fertig ist.
  • Ein Feed liefert den zuletzt erzeugten Stand an den Marktplatz aus.
