Funktionen

Was Sie hier tun

In der Inhaltsverwaltung pflegen Sie die Websites Ihres Unternehmens. Sie setzen Seiten aus Blöcken zusammen, schreiben Beiträge, geben Kommentare frei und verwalten Bilder, Downloads, Podcasts und Medien-Streams. Die Besucher sehen eine Änderung erst, wenn Sie die Seite veröffentlicht haben.

Sie finden den Bereich in der PWA unter pwa.ayoune.app im Menü unter „Inhaltsverwaltung". Dort stehen unter anderem „Websites", „Beiträge", „Kommentare", „Inhalte", „Content-Planung", „Mediathek", „Download-Listen", „Podcasts", „Medien-Streams", „Bild-Generatoren" und „Video-Projekte".

Schritt für Schritt

Eine Seite bearbeiten

  1. Öffnen Sie „Websites" und wählen Sie Ihre Website. Tippen Sie auf die Seite, die Sie ändern wollen.
  2. Wechseln Sie in den Reiter „Blöcke". Fügen Sie Blöcke hinzu, verschieben Sie sie oder ändern Sie ihre Texte.
  3. Tippen Sie auf „Speichern". Die Änderung ist gesichert, aber noch nicht öffentlich.
  4. Im Reiter „Vorschau" sehen Sie, wie die Seite aussehen wird. Ein Vorschau-Link zum Weitergeben gilt zehn Minuten.
  5. Im Reiter „Veröffentlichung" veröffentlichen Sie die Seite je Sprache.

Im Reiter „SEO" pflegen Sie Titel und Beschreibung für Suchmaschinen, im Reiter „Übersetzungen" die anderen Sprachen. Der Reiter „Verlauf" zeigt frühere Stände der Seite.

Texte mit KI-Unterstützung schreiben

Beim Bearbeiten eines Blocks kann die Plattform Texte erzeugen, verbessern oder übersetzen. Sie schreibt dabei im Stil Ihres Unternehmens. Lesen Sie jeden vorgeschlagenen Text, bevor Sie speichern.

Einen Beitrag schreiben

  1. Öffnen Sie „Beiträge" und tippen Sie auf „Neuer Beitrag".
  2. Geben Sie Titel und Autor an. Beides ist Pflicht.
  3. Schreiben Sie den Text und tippen Sie auf „Speichern".

Unter „Content-Planung" sehen Sie, welche Inhalte wann erscheinen sollen.

Kommentare freigeben

  1. Öffnen Sie „Kommentare". Der Filter „Wartet auf Freigabe" zeigt neue Kommentare.
  2. Lesen Sie den Kommentar.
  3. Wählen Sie „Freigeben". Erst dann erscheint er auf der Website. Mit „Freigabe zurücknehmen" nehmen Sie ihn wieder heraus.

Bilder, Videos und Audio-Zusammenfassungen erzeugen

  1. Öffnen Sie „Bild-Generatoren", „Video-Projekte" oder unter „Medien-Streams" die „Audio-Summaries".
  2. Legen Sie einen Eintrag an, etwa mit „Neues Video-Projekt" oder „Neue Audio-Summary".
  3. Tippen Sie auf „Generieren" beziehungsweise „Video generieren". Das Ergebnis entsteht im Hintergrund.
  4. Gefällt es nicht, wählen Sie „Neu generieren".

Eine fertige Audio-Zusammenfassung öffnen Sie mit „Im Player öffnen".

Häufige Fragen

Ich habe eine Seite geändert, aber auf der Website ist nichts zu sehen. Die Seite ist gespeichert, aber nicht veröffentlicht, oder Sie haben eine andere Sprache veröffentlicht. Veröffentlichen Sie die Seite im Reiter „Veröffentlichung" für die richtige Sprache.

Der Vorschau-Link funktioniert nicht mehr. Er gilt zehn Minuten. Erzeugen Sie einen neuen.

Die KI-Unterstützung antwortet nicht. Der KI-Bereich ist gerade nicht erreichbar oder hat kein Guthaben. Versuchen Sie es später oder informieren Sie Ihren Administrator.

Ein Kommentar ist auf der Website nicht zu sehen. Kommentare erscheinen erst nach der Freigabe. Prüfen Sie unter „Kommentare", ob er noch wartet.

Ein Video oder Bild erscheint nicht. Die Erzeugung läuft noch oder ist fehlgeschlagen. Warten Sie kurz und wählen Sie sonst „Neu generieren".

Was automatisch passiert

Beim Veröffentlichen setzt die Plattform die Seite zusammen und holt dabei Angaben aus anderen Bereichen, etwa Produkte oder Termine. Die Website zeigt danach die neue Fassung. Bilder, Videos und Audio-Zusammenfassungen entstehen im Hintergrund und erscheinen, sobald sie fertig sind.
