Funktionen

  • Prüfung beim Speichern – Pflichtfelder, erlaubte Werte und eindeutige Nummern werden in jedem Bereich nach denselben Regeln geprüft.

Was Sie hier tun

Mit diesem Teil der Plattform arbeiten Sie nicht direkt. Er hat keinen Menüpunkt. Er prüft jeden Eintrag, den Sie anlegen oder ändern, bevor die Plattform ihn speichert: ob alle Pflichtfelder gefüllt sind, ob ein Wert zur Auswahlliste passt und ob eine Nummer schon vergeben ist.

So gehen Sie vor, wenn ein Eintrag nicht gespeichert wird:

Häufige Fragen

Warum lässt sich mein Eintrag nicht speichern? Ein Pflichtfeld ist leer, oder ein Wert liegt außerhalb der erlaubten Auswahl. Die Meldung nennt das Feld. Ergänzen Sie es und speichern Sie noch einmal.

Die Plattform meldet, dass es den Eintrag schon gibt. Was tun? Manche Felder, etwa eine Nummer oder ein Kurzname, dürfen in Ihrem Unternehmen nur einmal vorkommen. Suchen Sie den vorhandenen Eintrag in der Liste und ändern Sie diesen.

Nach einem Import fehlen Angaben. Warum? Die Spalte hatte einen Namen, den die Plattform nicht kennt. Verwenden Sie die Feldnamen, die das Formular zeigt, und wiederholen Sie den Import.
