aYOUne Companion in Chrome installieren

Der aYOUne Companion ist eine Browser-Erweiterung für Google Chrome. Sie verbindet den Browser mit Ihrer aYOUne-Plattform: KI-Copilot, CRM-Nachschlag, Plattform-Symbolleiste, Importe aus LinkedIn/Amazon/AliExpress, Google-SERP-Auswertung, Benachrichtigungen und Schnellaktionen.

Kurzfassung: Archiv herunterladen → entpacken → chrome://extensions öffnen → Entwicklermodus einschalten → Entpackte Erweiterung laden → den entpackten Ordner wählen → anmelden. Etwa fünf Minuten.

Drei Dinge, die Sie vorher wissen sollten

Der Companion wird zurzeit nicht über den Chrome Web Store ausgeliefert, sondern als Archiv von der aYOUne-Download-Seite. Daraus folgen drei Eigenschaften — sie sind kein Defekt, sondern Merkmale dieses Übergangs:

1. Kein automatisches Update. Chrome blockiert die automatische Aktualisierung von Erweiterungen, die außerhalb des Web Store installiert wurden (Windows und macOS). Eine neue Fassung laden Sie von Hand — siehe Abschnitt Auf eine neue Fassung aktualisieren.
2. Der entpackte Ordner muss liegen bleiben. Chrome lädt die Erweiterung bei jedem Start aus genau diesem Ordner. Wird er verschoben, umbenannt oder gelöscht, ist die Erweiterung weg. Legen Sie ihn deshalb an einen dauerhaften Ort — nicht in den Download-Ordner.
3. Chrome zeigt beim Start einen Hinweis auf Entwickler-Erweiterungen. Das ist normal. Klicken Sie dort nicht auf Deaktivieren, sonst schalten Sie den Companion ab.

Schritt 1 — Archiv herunterladen

Öffnen Sie die Download-Seite ayoune.com/de/downloads und suchen Sie in der Kategorie Apps & Software den Eintrag aYOUne Companion. Klicken Sie auf Herunterladen.

Die im Bild sichtbare Fassungsnummer ist nur ein Beispiel — laden Sie immer die Fassung, die die Seite gerade anbietet.

Sie erhalten eine ZIP-Datei von wenigen hundert Kilobyte.

Schritt 2 — Archiv entpacken

Entpacken Sie die ZIP-Datei an einen dauerhaften Ort, zum Beispiel:

• Windows: C:\Users\<IhrName>\aYOUne\companion
• macOS: ~/Applications/aYOUne/companion

Unter Windows: Rechtsklick auf die Datei → Alle extrahieren…. Unter macOS genügt ein Doppelklick.

⚠ Nicht im Download-Ordner lassen. Viele Systeme räumen ihn automatisch auf — die Erweiterung wäre dann ohne Vorwarnung verschwunden.

Nach dem Entpacken muss im Ordner unmittelbar eine Datei manifest.json liegen. Liegt stattdessen ein weiterer Ordner darin, wählen Sie in Schritt 5 diesen inneren Ordner.

Schritt 3 — Die Erweiterungs-Seite öffnen

Tippen Sie chrome://extensions in die Adresszeile und drücken Sie die Eingabetaste. Alternativ: Menü ⋮ → Erweiterungen → Erweiterungen verwalten.

Schritt 4 — Entwicklermodus einschalten

Schalten Sie oben rechts Entwicklermodus ein. Darauf erscheinen links oben drei zusätzliche Schaltflächen: Entpackte Erweiterung laden, Erweiterung packen, Aktualisieren.

Schritt 5 — Entpackte Erweiterung laden

Klicken Sie auf Entpackte Erweiterung laden. Es öffnet sich ein Ordner-Auswahlfenster. Wählen Sie den Ordner aus Schritt 2 — also den Ordner, in dem manifest.json liegt — und bestätigen Sie mit Ordner auswählen.

⚠ Wählen Sie den Ordner, nicht die ZIP-Datei und nicht die manifest.json selbst.

Schritt 6 — Prüfen, ob die Erweiterung geladen ist

Auf der Erweiterungs-Seite erscheint jetzt die Karte aYOUne Companion mit Fassungsnummer, Beschreibung und Kennung. Der Schalter rechts unten auf der Karte muss blau sein.

Symbol anheften: Klicken Sie rechts neben der Adresszeile auf das Puzzleteil-Symbol und dann auf die Stecknadel neben aYOUne Companion. Danach liegt das Symbol dauerhaft in der Symbolleiste.

Schritt 7 — Anmelden

Klicken Sie auf das Companion-Symbol. Das Fenster zeigt Melde dich an, um loszulegen und die Schaltfläche Mit aYOUne anmelden.

Ein Klick öffnet die zentrale Anmeldung (login.ayoune.app). Melden Sie sich wie gewohnt an — per E-Mail und Passwort, über Google oder über Microsoft. Danach kehrt der Browser von selbst zurück; die Zugangsdaten werden nicht in der Erweiterung gespeichert.

Schritt 8 — Funktioniert es?

Öffnen Sie das Companion-Fenster erneut. Wenn alles stimmt, sehen Sie:

• oben rechts einen grünen Punkt statt eines roten,
• die Zeile Angemeldet als … mit Ihrem Namen und Ihrem Mandanten,
• darunter die Schaltfläche AI Copilot öffnen und die weiteren Bereiche.

Damit ist die Installation abgeschlossen.

Auf eine neue Fassung aktualisieren

Weil der Companion außerhalb des Web Store läuft, aktualisiert er sich nicht selbst:

1. Neues Archiv von der Download-Seite laden.
2. Den bestehenden Ordner leeren und das neue Archiv an denselben Ort entpacken.
3. Auf chrome://extensions bei der Karte aYOUne Companion auf das Neu-laden-Symbol (⟳) klicken.

Der Ordnerpfad bleibt gleich, deshalb bleiben Ihre Einstellungen und Ihre Anmeldung erhalten.

Erweiterung entfernen

chrome://extensions öffnen → auf der Karte aYOUne Companion auf Entfernen klicken. Den entpackten Ordner können Sie danach löschen.

Fehlerbehebung

Beobachtung	Ursache und Abhilfe
Manifest-Datei fehlt oder ist unlesbar	Sie haben den falschen Ordner gewählt. Nehmen Sie den Ordner, in dem manifest.json unmittelbar liegt.
Die drei Schaltflächen fehlen	Der Entwicklermodus ist aus (Schritt 4).
Die Erweiterung ist nach einem Neustart verschwunden	Der entpackte Ordner wurde verschoben oder gelöscht. Erneut entpacken und Schritt 5 wiederholen.
Chrome fragt beim Start, ob Entwickler-Erweiterungen deaktiviert werden sollen	Das Fenster schließen, ohne Deaktivieren zu klicken.
Anmeldung öffnet sich, danach bleibt das Fenster abgemeldet	Erweiterungs-Fenster schließen und erneut öffnen. Hält der Zustand an, prüfen Sie, ob Cookies für login.ayoune.app blockiert sind.
Das Symbol ist nicht sichtbar	Puzzleteil-Symbol in der Symbolleiste → Stecknadel neben aYOUne Companion.

Bekannte Einschränkungen

• Kein automatisches Update (siehe oben). Der Weg über den Chrome Web Store ist geplant; bis dahin gilt der Weg auf dieser Seite.
• Nur Google Chrome. Andere Chromium-Browser (Edge, Brave, Opera) sind nicht geprüft.
• Oberfläche auf Deutsch und Englisch. Der Companion bringt keine italienische Oberfläche mit; in einem italienischen Chrome erscheint er auf Deutsch.
