Funktionen

  • Wiki-Seiten lesen und schreiben – Seiten suchen, neue Seiten anlegen, Inhalte bearbeiten und veröffentlichen.
  • Fragen stellen und beantworten – Eine Frage zu einem Thema stellen, Antworten lesen, eigene Fragen als gelöst markieren.
  • Kurse, Prüfungen und Nachschlagen – Kurse und Prüfungen absolvieren, im Glossar und in den häufigen Fragen nachschlagen.
  • Posteingang, Umfragen und eigene Abwesenheiten – Offene Entscheidungen und Freigaben sehen, an Umfragen teilnehmen, eigene Urlaube und Krankmeldungen einsehen.

Was Sie hier tun

Im Wissenszentrum finden Sie das gesammelte Wissen Ihres Unternehmens: Handbücher, Anleitungen, Glossar und häufige Fragen. Sie stellen hier Fragen an Kollegen, nehmen an Umfragen und Kursen teil und sehen Ihre eigenen Urlaube und Krankmeldungen.

Häufige Fragen

Ich habe „Veröffentlichen“ gewählt, aber die Seite bleibt im Entwurf. Vor der Veröffentlichung prüft die Plattform den Text auf vertrauliche Angaben wie Passwörter oder Zugangsdaten. Die Fundstellen werden angezeigt. Entfernen Sie diese Stellen und veröffentlichen Sie erneut.

Ich kann eine Seite nicht bearbeiten. Entweder fehlt Ihnen das Recht dazu, oder die Seite wird automatisch erzeugt und ist deshalb gesperrt. Wenden Sie sich an den Verantwortlichen der Seite oder an Ihren Administrator.

Meine Frage lässt sich einer Kollegin nicht zuweisen. Fragen gehen nur an Experten des gewählten Themas. Wählen Sie ein passendes Thema oder bitten Sie Ihren Administrator, die Kollegin als Expertin einzutragen.

Wie beantrage ich Urlaub? Im Wissenszentrum sehen Sie Ihre Anträge und deren Stand. Den Antrag stellen Sie über das Mitarbeiter-Portal Ihres Unternehmens oder bei Ihrer Personalabteilung. Genehmigt wird er dort.

Ein Bereich fehlt in meinem Menü. Ihre Rolle enthält die passende Funktion nicht. Ihr Administrator kann sie freischalten.

Wo Sie es finden

Melden Sie sich in der App Ihres Unternehmens an (zum Beispiel pwa.ayoune.app oder Ihre eigene Plattform-Adresse) und öffnen Sie im Menü den Bereich Wissenszentrum. Die Übersicht führt zu Wiki-Seiten, Wissensdatenbank, Fragen, Kursen, Prüfungen, Glossar, Häufige Fragen, Umfragen, Zitate, Posteingang, Mein Urlaub und Meine Krankmeldungen. Welche Einträge Sie sehen, legt Ihr Administrator über Ihre Rolle fest.

Schritt für Schritt: Wiki-Seiten

Eine Seite finden

  1. Öffnen Sie Wissenszentrum → Wiki-Seiten oder Wissensdatenbank.
  2. Geben Sie einen Begriff in das Suchfeld über der Liste ein.
  3. Klicken Sie auf einen Eintrag, um die Seite zu öffnen.

Eine neue Seite anlegen

  1. Klicken Sie in der Liste der Wiki-Seiten auf Neue Wiki-Seite.
  2. Tragen Sie einen Titel ein. Neue Seiten stehen zuerst als Entwurf und sind nur für Sie und Ihr Team sichtbar.
  3. Schreiben Sie den Text im Reiter Inhalt oder im Block-Editor. Bilder und Dateien fügen Sie im Reiter Medien hinzu.
  4. Speichern Sie. Wenn die Seite fertig ist, wählen Sie Veröffentlichen.

Schritt für Schritt: Fragen an Kollegen

  1. Öffnen Sie Wissenszentrum → Fragen und klicken Sie auf Neue Frage.
  2. Formulieren Sie die Frage, wählen Sie ein Thema und beschreiben Sie, worum es genau geht.
  3. Speichern Sie. Die Frage geht an einen Experten des gewählten Themas.
  4. Antworten erscheinen an der Frage. Sie können kommentieren, reagieren und abstimmen.
  5. Ist Ihre Frage beantwortet, markieren Sie sie als gelöst. Bei Bedarf öffnen Sie sie wieder.

Schritt für Schritt: Kurse, Prüfungen und Nachschlagen

  1. Unter Kurse und Prüfungen sehen Sie die Angebote Ihres Unternehmens. Öffnen Sie einen Eintrag, um zu beginnen. Eine Prüfung kann ein Zeitlimit haben.
  2. Ihre Ergebnisse stehen unter Prüfungsergebnisse.
  3. Begriffe schlagen Sie im Glossar nach, Standardfragen unter Häufige Fragen.

Schritt für Schritt: Posteingang, Umfragen und Abwesenheiten

  1. Der Posteingang zeigt an einer Stelle, was auf Sie wartet: Entscheidungen, Fragen und Freigaben. Klicken Sie auf einen Eintrag, um ihn zu bearbeiten.
  2. Unter Umfragen geben Sie Ihre Stimme ab, solange eine Umfrage offen ist.
  3. Mein Urlaub und Meine Krankmeldungen zeigen nur Ihre eigenen Einträge mit Zeitraum, Anzahl der Tage und Bearbeitungsstand (Beantragt, Genehmigt, Abgelehnt). Sie können die Liste als Tabelle herunterladen.

Was automatisch passiert

  • Eine gespeicherte Seite wird für die Suche aufbereitet. Direkt nach dem Speichern kann es einen Moment dauern, bis die Suche sie findet.
  • Ändert sich die Adresse einer Seite, führt die alte Adresse weiter zur neuen.
  • Legen Sie einen Eintrag an, kann die Plattform Kollegen benachrichtigen. Wer eine Benachrichtigung erhält, legt Ihr Unternehmen fest.
  • Manche Seiten entstehen automatisch aus anderen Bereichen der Plattform. Diese Seiten können Sie lesen, aber nicht bearbeiten.
