Der Copilot im Browser

Der Copilot lebt nicht nur in der Plattform. Mit dem aYOUne Companion, einer Erweiterung fuer Google Chrome, nimmst du ihn auf jede Website mit - dorthin, wo deine Arbeit gerade stattfindet.

Wofuer das gut ist

  • Copilot ueberall. Du oeffnest ihn aus der Symbolleiste, ohne den Reiter zu wechseln.
  • CRM-Nachschlag. Du siehst auf einem fremden Profil oder einer Firmenseite sofort, ob die Person oder das Unternehmen bereits bei euch liegt.
  • Uebernehmen statt abtippen. Kontakt- und Produktdaten von Portalen und Marktplaetzen uebernimmst du mit einem Klick.
  • Suchergebnisse auswerten. Auf einer Google-Ergebnisseite siehst du, wie ihr zu diesem Begriff dasteht.
  • Benachrichtigungen und Schnellaktionen. Wichtiges erreicht dich, ohne dass du die Plattform offen hast.

Installation

Die Erweiterung wird als Archiv von der Download-Seite geladen und einmalig im Browser eingerichtet - das dauert etwa fuenf Minuten und braucht keine Administratorrechte.

Anmeldung

Du meldest dich in der Erweiterung mit demselben Konto an wie in der Plattform. Deine Rechte und dein Mandant gelten unveraendert: Der Companion zeigt genau das, was du auch sonst sehen darfst - nicht mehr.

Verhaeltnis zur Plattform

Der Companion ist ein zusaetzlicher Zugang, kein zweites System. Was du dort anlegst oder aenderst, liegt unmittelbar in denselben Daten. Die ausfuehrliche Redaktionsarbeit an Seiten machst du weiterhin bequemer in der Plattform - siehe Seiten erstellen und verbessern.
