Was kann der Copilot?

Der Copilot ist dein Mitarbeiter im Text- statt im Klickfeld. Du beschreibst, was passieren soll, und er erledigt es mit denselben Werkzeugen, die du auch von Hand bedienen wuerdest. Er arbeitet ausschliesslich in deinem Mandanten und mit deinen Rechten - was du nicht darfst, darf er auch nicht.

Diese Seite ist die Landkarte: acht Felder, in denen er heute zuverlaessig arbeitet, und ein neuntes, das beschreibt, wo er bewusst Nein sagt.

Grundregel: Er erzeugt Entwuerfe. Nichts geht ungefragt an die Oeffentlichkeit - Details unter Veroeffentlichen und Vorschau.

1. Texte schreiben und ueberarbeiten

Das ist sein staerkstes Feld. Er liest die bestehende Seite, aendert den Ton und laesst die Struktur stehen.

  • "Verbessere die Startseite sprachlich: Du-Form, kuerzere Absaetze, aktiver Ton."
  • "Kuerz die Ueber-uns-Seite auf die Haelfte, aber lass alle Zahlen und Jahreszahlen stehen."
  • "Die Startseite ist zu werblich - sachlicher formulieren, Kennzahlen bleiben."
  • "Formulier alle Button-Texte auf der Seite von Sie auf Du um."

2. Ganze Seiten erzeugen

Er baut eine vollstaendige Seite aus Bausteinen - mit Hero, Nutzenabschnitt, FAQ und Handlungsaufforderung.

  • "Erstelle eine Landingpage fuer unser Beratungsangebot mit Hero, Nutzen, FAQ und Kontaktformular."
  • "Erstelle eine FAQ-Seite aus den 20 haeufigsten Support-Fragen."
  • "Lies unser Wiki und mach daraus eine Seite, die erklaert, wie unser Produkt funktioniert."

Im letzten Fall verankert er den Text in deinem hinterlegten Wissen, statt ihn zu erfinden.

3. Seiten finden

Er durchsucht nicht nur Titel, sondern auch den Inhalt der Bausteine - und zeigt dir die Fundstelle.

  • "Zeig mir alle Seiten, die noch alte Preisangaben enthalten."
  • "Welche Seiten erwaehnen unseren alten Firmensitz?"

4. Abschnitte ergaenzen

Er setzt neue Bausteine an eine bestimmte Stelle der Seite.

  • "Ergaenz auf der Startseite einen Absatz ueber unsere ISO-27001-Zertifizierung."
  • "Setz ganz oben auf der Startseite ein Hero mit dem Titel 'Beratung ohne Streuverlust' und einem Button 'Demo buchen'."

5. Daten pflegen

Viele Website-Abschnitte ziehen ihren Inhalt aus Datensaetzen - Partner, Auszeichnungen, Handlungsaufforderungen. Diese pflegt der Copilot direkt.

  • "Trag unsere neue Auszeichnung 'Top Innovator 2026' ein, verliehen im Maerz."
  • "Trag die Deutsche Telekom als neuen Partner ein."
  • "Aendere den Text des Demo-Buttons auf 'Jetzt kostenlos testen'."

Jede Aenderung an Daten legt er dir zuerst zur Bestaetigung vor.

6. Sprachen und Auffindbarkeit

  • "Uebersetz die Leistungen-Seite nach Englisch und Spanisch."
  • "Optimier Titel und Beschreibung der Preise-Seite auf den Begriff 'Beratung Muenchen'."

Uebersetzungen entstehen als eigene Sprachfassung; die deutsche Fassung bleibt unangetastet.

7. Video

Er erzeugt ein Video und setzt es an die gewuenschte Stelle - in einem Zug.

  • "Mach ein Hochkant-Video mit unserer Avatar-Sprecherin ueber unser Angebot und haeng es unter den Hero."

Das Video braucht einen Moment; er meldet sich, sobald es fertig und eingebaut ist.

8. Navigation

  • "Nimm 'Karriere' ins Hauptmenue auf, direkt nach 'Ueber uns'."
  • "Verlinke den Downloadbereich im Fusszeilen-Menue."
  • "Blende 'Presse' im Menue vorerst aus, loeschen will ich es nicht."

Weil ein Menue sofort fuer alle Besucher sichtbar ist, zeigt er dir erst den Vorher-Nachher-Vergleich und aendert erst nach deiner Bestaetigung.

9. Personalisierung

  • "Wer ueber eine Anzeige mit dem Suchbegriff 'Beratung Muenchen' kommt, soll als Ueberschrift 'Beratung fuer Muenchner Teams' sehen."

Die Seite bleibt dieselbe; nur die eine Stelle wechselt je nach Herkunft des Besuchers.

Und wo ist Schluss?

Er sagt in bestimmten Faellen bewusst Nein - etwa bei eigenem HTML mit Skripten, bei Daten fremder Mandanten oder beim Loeschen ohne ausdrueckliche Freischaltung. Was dann passiert und wie du trotzdem weiterkommst, steht unter Wenn der Copilot etwas nicht kann.
