Im Bereich Marketing planen Sie Kampagnen, versenden Newsletter, verwalten Gutscheine und NFC- und QR-Tags und pflegen Referenzen, Pressemitteilungen und Veranstaltungen.

Funktionen

  • Kampagnen planen – Ein Kampagnen-Dach anlegen, Kanäle und Budget festlegen und die Kampagne planen lassen.
  • Newsletter versenden – Einen Newsletter schreiben, als Test an sich selbst senden und an die Zielgruppe versenden.
  • Gutscheine, Kurzlinks und Link-Portale – Gutscheincodes anlegen, Kurzlinks und Tracking-Links erzeugen, Link-Portale veröffentlichen.
  • NFC & QR – Tags mit Ziel anlegen, QR-Codes herunterladen und die Scans auswerten.
  • Außendarstellung und Bewertungen – Referenzen, Pressemitteilungen und Veranstaltungen pflegen, Bewertungen freigeben oder ablehnen.

Was Sie hier tun

Im Bereich Marketing bereiten Sie alles vor, womit Ihr Unternehmen nach außen auftritt. Sie planen Kampagnen, versenden Newsletter, verteilen Gutscheine und NFC- und QR-Tags und sehen, wie gut das ankommt.

Häufige Fragen

„Versenden“ ist bei mir nicht möglich. Zum Versenden brauchen Sie ein zusätzliches Bearbeitungsrecht. Fragen Sie Ihren Administrator.

Der Newsletter kommt nicht an. Prüfen Sie zuerst den Test-Versand und Ihren Spam-Ordner. Kommt auch dort nichts an, ist der Mailversand Ihres Unternehmens nicht eingerichtet. Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator.

Die Textvorschläge erscheinen nicht. Die KI-Funktion Ihres Unternehmens ist nicht eingerichtet oder gerade nicht erreichbar. Sie können die Kampagne trotzdem planen und die Texte selbst schreiben.

Die Auswertung eines Tags lädt lange. Bei sehr vielen Scans dauert die Berechnung. Grenzen Sie den Zeitraum ein.

Ein Bereich fehlt in meinem Menü. Ihre Rolle enthält die passende Funktion nicht. Ihr Administrator kann sie freischalten.

Wo Sie es finden

Melden Sie sich in der App Ihres Unternehmens an (zum Beispiel pwa.ayoune.app oder Ihre eigene Plattform-Adresse) und öffnen Sie im Menü den Bereich Marketing. Die Übersicht führt unter anderem zu Kampagnen-Dach, Kanäle, Newsletter, Serien-Newsletter, Gutscheincodes, Kurzlinks, Link-Portale, NFC & QR, Referenzen, Pressemitteilungen, Veranstaltungen und Bewertungen. Welche Einträge Sie sehen, legt Ihr Administrator über Ihre Rolle fest.

Schritt für Schritt: Kampagnen planen

  1. Öffnen Sie Marketing → Kampagnen-Dach und legen Sie eine Kampagne an.
  2. Wählen Sie im Reiter Übersicht das Ziel (Umsatz, Leads, Besucher oder Bekanntheit) und den Zeitraum.
  3. Fügen Sie im Reiter Kanäle & Auswertung die Kanäle hinzu, etwa Website, Newsletter, Affiliate, Google Ads oder die eigenen Displays, jeweils mit Budget.
  4. Beschreiben Sie im Kreativ-Briefing Botschaft, Bildidee und Tonalität.
  5. Klicken Sie auf Planen. Die Kampagne wird auf die Kanäle verteilt. Mit Texte entwerfen (KI) erhalten Sie Textvorschläge je Kanal, die Sie prüfen und anpassen.
  6. Der Stand der Kampagne wechselt von Entwurf über Geplant und Läuft bis Beendet. Die Auswertung sammelt Klicks und Buchungen je Kanal.

Schritt für Schritt: Newsletter versenden

  1. Öffnen Sie Marketing → Newsletter und legen Sie einen Newsletter an.
  2. Schreiben Sie Betreff und Inhalt und wählen Sie die Zielgruppe.
  3. Klicken Sie auf Test-Versand und prüfen Sie die Mail in Ihrem Postfach.
  4. Passt alles, klicken Sie auf Versenden. Der Versand läuft im Hintergrund, Sie können weiterarbeiten.
  5. Für wiederkehrende Mailings nutzen Sie Serien-Newsletter.
  1. Unter Gutscheincodes legen Sie einen Gutschein mit Code und Rabatt an, als Prozentsatz oder fester Betrag. Kunden lösen ihn im Shop oder an der Kasse ein.
  2. Unter Kurzlinks machen Sie aus einer langen Adresse eine kurze. Tracking-Link erzeugen hängt Kennzeichen an einen Link, damit Sie sehen, woher Besucher kommen.
  3. Ein Link-Portal ist eine Seite mit mehreren Links, etwa für Ihr Social-Media-Profil. Mit Veröffentlichen schalten Sie es frei, mit Zurückziehen nehmen Sie es offline. Öffentliche URL öffnet die Seite.

Schritt für Schritt: NFC & QR

  1. Legen Sie unter NFC-Ziele fest, wohin ein Scan führen soll.
  2. Öffnen Sie NFC & QR und legen Sie einen Tag mit Namen, Kategorie und Ziel an.
  3. Laden Sie den Code über QR herunterladen als PNG, PDF oder SVG und drucken Sie ihn.
  4. Unter Letzte Scans und Auswertung sehen Sie, wie oft, wann, wo und mit welchem Gerät gescannt wurde.
  5. Brauchen Sie einen ähnlichen Tag, nutzen Sie Duplizieren.

Schritt für Schritt: Außendarstellung und Bewertungen

  1. Referenzen, Kundenlogos, Auszeichnungen, Pressemitteilungen und Veranstaltungen pflegen Sie in den gleichnamigen Listen. Ihre Website zeigt diese Einträge an.
  2. Unter Bewertungen sehen Sie eingegangene Kundenbewertungen. Mit Genehmigen wird eine Bewertung sichtbar, mit Ablehnen bleibt sie verborgen.

Was automatisch passiert

  • Ein Newsletter wird nach Versenden im Hintergrund zugestellt. Inhalt und Empfänger werden dabei festgehalten.
  • Serien-Newsletter und geplante Zielgruppen laufen zu den eingestellten Zeiten von selbst.
  • Jeder Scan eines Tags wird gezählt und erscheint in der Auswertung.
