Phone numbers on web pages

The Companion recognises phone numbers on web pages and places a small 📞 button next to them.

How it works
• Clicking 📞 (Mit aYOUne anrufen, call with aYOUne) opens aYOUne communication in a new tab with the number already filled in. You start the call there.
• Numbers with 7 to 15 digits that validate as real phone numbers are recognised. The check runs inside the Companion on your computer.
• Numbers inside links, buttons, input fields and editable areas are left alone.
• The Companion scans shortly after the page loads and reacts to new content for the following five minutes.

Turning it on or off

Under Settings → Features switch recognition on or off, for all sites or just for some. It only runs while you are signed in.
