# Marketplace import: Amazon and AliExpress

With the Companion you bring products and orders from Amazon and AliExpress straight into aYOUne, without retyping.

## Importing products

On an Amazon product page (amazon.de, .com, .co.uk, .fr, .it, .es) or an AliExpress product page, an **In aYOUne importieren** (import into aYOUne) button appears. Alternatively click **Import product** in the popup.

The Companion

1. looks for an existing product in aYOUne (by ASIN, EAN, GTIN, UPC or manufacturer part number) and **updates** it, or creates a **new product** with the next free article number;
2. takes over the product image;
3. finds the seller as a **supplier** or creates one;
4. records the price in a **supplier agreement**. If one already exists, a new entry is added to its price history.

You see the result right away — new product created or product updated — with links to the product and the supplier in aYOUne. If no price can be found on AliExpress, the import finishes without a price.

## Importing orders

**Amazon:** open your order history or a single order. A bar at the top offers to import the orders or this order. The orders visible on the current page are imported; for older orders change the filter or page and click again. Afterwards you see how many orders are new and how many were updated; sellers and products are completed in the background.

**AliExpress:** on the order list click **Import orders**. The Companion briefly opens each order in the background to read the details. You can cancel at any time.

## Filling in product details

The order list does not show every detail, such as quantity or unit price. When data is missing, the popup shows a **product follow-up** section with a **Fill in now** button. The Companion opens the affected product pages in the background and completes the details, 25 products per run with a short pause in between.

## Requirements

You are signed in to the Companion and logged in to Amazon or AliExpress with your own account. The Companion reads the pages you see; it does not use a seller interface.

The buttons and messages on Amazon and AliExpress pages are currently shown in German.
