The Companion connects LinkedIn with your CRM in aYOUne.

Contact card on profiles

On a LinkedIn profile a card appears at the bottom right after a moment:
• If the person is in your CRM, you see score, status, type and e-mail plus a link to open the contact in aYOUne.
• If not, the card says the person is not in your CRM.

The match is made by name.

Importing profiles and leads
• Import profile (popup, on a profile): creates the person as a lead with first and last name, job title and city.
• Import leads (popup, in a Sales Navigator search): imports the results on the page as leads with name, headline, location, profile link and picture.

Suggestions from web pages

If a web page suggests a lead to the Companion, it asks first whether to create the lead in your aYOUne CRM. Nothing is saved until you confirm; cancelling discards the suggestion.

Turning it on or off

Under Settings → Features switch the LinkedIn card on or off, for all sites or just for some.
