aYOUne Browser-Erweiterung Die Browser-Erweiterung für Chrome: Installation, Einrichtung und Anmeldung. 10 Seiten in dieser Sammlung. Action bar and notifications Action bar and notifications The action bar is a slim bar the Companion shows on web pages. It shows key figures from your wallboard and gives you quick actions, your notifications and the AI Copilot on every page, without leaving the page. Turning the action bar on The action bar is off after installation. To turn it on: 1. Click the Companion icon in the Chrome toolbar and open Settings. 2. In the Action bar section, switch on Show the action bar on every web page. 3. Select a wallboard. Without a selected wallboard the action bar stays hidden – except on websites run with aYOUne (see below). In the same settings you choose the position, pick the key figures and list sites where the action bar should never appear. To hide the action bar on a single site, click its ✕; you can switch it back on for that site in the popup. The action bar only appears while you are signed in. What the action bar contains | Element | What it does | |---|---| | Key figures | figures from your wallboard, for example open orders or new leads | | Quick actions | New lead · New task · New order · Insert text snippet · Run workflow · Open dashboard · Open wallboard | | Note | capture a quick note | | Screenshot | save a screenshot of the current page | | Copilot | open the AI Copilot in the side panel | | Switch organization | shown when you have access to more than one organization | | Refresh | reload the figures | | ? | open this help page | A connection indicator shows the state: Live, Offline, Disconnected or Sign in again. On websites run with aYOUne, the action bar also shows a This page group with Edit page, Open website, Status page and Copilot for this page. The labels inside the action bar are currently shown in German. The bell The bell counts your unread notifications. Click it to open the list: • the three newest notifications; more via show N more; • each notification is coloured by urgency (critical, warning, info) and shows a title, the time and a short text; • clicking a notification opens the related record in aYOUne in a new tab; • some notifications carry buttons, for example to approve or reject a browser-control step. Opening the list marks all notifications as seen. The number of unread notifications also appears on the Companion icon. Critical notifications and warnings additionally appear briefly as a message on the page, with an Open button and a Later button (shows the message again after 30 minutes). The Companion also uses your operating system's desktop notifications. Notification settings Under Settings → Notifications choose: • Always show (bell and pop-up) • Only on bell click • Off (desktop notifications only) Under Mute notifications on list sites where neither the bell nor on-page messages should appear. ──────── Browser control by the Copilot Browser control by the Copilot The AI Copilot can carry out tasks in your browser for you: open a page, click something, fill in a form, read content or take a screenshot. The Companion runs these steps in your Chrome, using your own sign-in on the sites involved. Turning it on Browser control is off after installation. Turn it on in the Companion settings – under Features or under AI Copilot with Allow the Copilot to control this browser. Both switches are the same; switching it off ends a running session immediately. What the Copilot can do Open pages, go back and forward · click, type, press keys, select, scroll, drag · read and extract content · wait for elements · open, switch and close tabs · handle dialogs and cookie banners · download and upload files · take screenshots. You stay in control • Approval per session. Before the Copilot opens a tab, a small window asks Darf der aYOUne-Copilot diesen Browser steuern? (May the aYOUne Copilot control this browser?) with Zulassen (Allow) and Ablehnen (Deny). Without an answer within one minute the request counts as denied and no tab opens. • Its own tab. The Copilot works in a new tab it opens itself – not in the tab you are using and not in your other tabs. • Visible notice. While the Copilot controls a tab, the tab shows aYOUne steuert diesen Tab (aYOUne is controlling this tab) with a Stoppen (Stop) button. One click ends the control immediately. • Automatic end. If no new command arrives for two minutes, control ends by itself. • Levels. Every step is checked before it runs and assigned to one of three levels: read, interact or submit. Submit covers, for example, clicking a submit button, pressing Enter in a form, typing into password or payment fields and uploading files. The Companion only carries out such a step if it has been explicitly approved for that website. • Asking you first. If a step needs your consent, you receive a notification in which you approve or reject it. Without your approval the step is not carried out. Chrome's notice For clicks and typing that a web page should treat as real user input, the Companion briefly attaches to the Copilot's tab. Chrome then shows its own notice at the top that the extension is accessing this browser ("started debugging this browser"). This is expected and disappears after the step. Naming your browser If you use the Companion in several browsers, give each one its own name under Settings → Account & organization → Name dieses Browsers (Fernsteuerung) (name of this browser; the field is currently labelled in German). The Copilot can then address exactly this browser. The name stays in this Chrome profile and is not synced to other devices. ──────── Google Search Google Search On Google search result pages the Companion shows where you stand for the search term, straight from your keyword monitoring in aYOUne. The bar above the results Above the results a bar shows: • your website's position for the search term and when it was last measured; • whether you appear in the regular results (SEO), with text ads (SEA) or with shopping ads (PLA); • the research the search term belongs to; • an Open in aYOUne link to the report for the search term. If the search term is not monitored yet, the bar says so and offers a button: • is not being watched → + Watch search term • is on file but in no research — it is not measured → Add to research Both buttons open a picker of your research projects right in the bar; you can also create a new research there. With Regions you compare the position in other countries and languages. Ads • If competitors bid on your brand, the Companion marks their ads with Bids on your brand. • Your own ads show, where measured, position, impressions, click-through rate (CTR) and cost per click (CPC). Extras Two extras are off after installation; switch them on under Settings → Features: • Search term overview in the side panel – the Overview button opens the full report on a search term: position, search volume, cost per click, attacks on your brand, research projects and matching CRM contacts; • Hints right in the search results – marks ads that attack your brand or redirect visitors, labels your own domain and known customer domains and shows the state of your campaigns. Requirements The bar appears on the common Google domains while you are signed in to the Companion and the feature Google Search with your marketing data is switched on. ──────── Install the aYOUne Companion in Chrome Install the aYOUne Companion in Chrome The aYOUne Companion is a browser extension for Google Chrome. It connects your browser to your aYOUne account: AI Copilot, action bar with key figures, CRM check on LinkedIn, imports from LinkedIn, Amazon and AliExpress, your marketing data in Google Search, notifications and quick actions. In short: download the archive → unzip it → open chrome://extensions → turn on developer mode → Load unpacked → choose the unzipped folder → sign in. About five minutes. Before you start | Requirement | Value | |---|---| | Browser | Google Chrome version 116 or later | | Account | an aYOUne account (e-mail and password, Google or Microsoft sign-in) | | Rights on your computer | no administrator rights needed | | Time | about five minutes | Three things to know first The Companion is currently not distributed through the Chrome Web Store but as an archive from the aYOUne download page. This has three consequences — they are not defects but properties of this transition: 1. No automatic updates. Chrome blocks automatic updates for extensions installed outside the Web Store (Windows and macOS). You install a new version by hand — see Updating to a new version. 2. The unzipped folder must stay where it is. Chrome loads the extension from exactly this folder on every start. If it is moved, renamed or deleted, the extension is gone. Put it in a permanent place — not your downloads folder. 3. Chrome shows a notice about developer-mode extensions on start. That is normal. Do not click Disable, or you switch the Companion off. Step 1 — Download the archive Open the download page ayoune.com/en/downloads (https://ayoune.com/en/downloads) and find aYOUne Companion in the Apps & Software category. Click Download. The screenshots on this page show a German Chrome. The version number in the picture is only an example — always download the version the page currently offers. You get a ZIP file of a few hundred kilobytes. Step 2 — Unzip the archive Unzip the file to a permanent place, for example: • Windows: C:\Users\\aYOUne\companion • macOS: ~/Applications/aYOUne/companion On Windows: right-click the file → Extract All…. On macOS a double-click is enough. ⚠ Do not leave it in the downloads folder. Many systems clean it up automatically — the extension would disappear without warning. After unzipping, the folder must directly contain a file named manifest.json. If it contains another folder instead, choose that inner folder in step 5. Step 3 — Open the extensions page Type chrome://extensions into the address bar and press Enter. Alternatively: menu ⋮ → Extensions → Manage extensions. Step 4 — Turn on developer mode Switch on Developer mode at the top right. Three extra buttons appear at the top left: Load unpacked, Pack extension, Update. Step 5 — Load the unpacked extension Click Load unpacked. A folder picker opens. Choose the folder from step 2 — the one that contains manifest.json — and confirm with Select folder. ⚠ Choose the folder, not the ZIP file and not manifest.json itself. Step 6 — Check that the extension is loaded The extensions page now shows the aYOUne Companion card with version, description and ID. The switch at the bottom right of the card must be blue. Pin the icon: click the puzzle-piece icon to the right of the address bar, then the pin next to aYOUne Companion. The icon then stays in the action bar. Step 7 — Sign in Click the Companion icon. The window asks you to sign in and shows Sign in with aYOUne. Clicking it opens the central sign-in (login.ayoune.app). Sign in as usual — with e-mail and password, Google or Microsoft. The browser then returns by itself; your credentials are not stored in the extension. Step 8 — Does it work? Open the Companion window again. If everything is fine, you see: • a green dot at the top right instead of a red one, • the line Signed in as … with your name and your organization, • below it the Open AI Copilot button and the other sections. The installation is complete. Updating to a new version Because the Companion runs outside the Web Store, it does not update itself: 1. Download the new archive from the download page. 2. Empty the existing folder and unzip the new archive into the same place. 3. On chrome://extensions, click the reload icon (⟳) on the aYOUne Companion card. The folder path stays the same, so your settings and your sign-in are kept. Removing the extension Open chrome://extensions → click Remove on the aYOUne Companion card. You can then delete the unzipped folder. Troubleshooting | What you see | Cause and fix | |---|---| | Manifest file is missing or unreadable | You chose the wrong folder. Take the folder that directly contains manifest.json. | | The three buttons are missing | Developer mode is off (step 4). | | The extension disappeared after a restart | The unzipped folder was moved or deleted. Unzip again and repeat step 5. | | Chrome asks on start whether to disable developer-mode extensions | Close the dialog without clicking Disable. | | Sign-in opens, but the window stays signed out | Close and reopen the extension window. If it persists, check whether cookies for login.ayoune.app are blocked. | | The icon is not visible | Puzzle-piece icon in the action bar → pin next to aYOUne Companion. | Known limitations • No automatic updates (see above). Publication in the Chrome Web Store is in preparation; until then, use the steps on this page. • Google Chrome only. Other Chromium browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera) have not been tested. • Languages. Popup and settings are available in German, English, Spanish and Italian. The action bar, the right-click menu and the buttons shown on web pages are currently in German. ──────── Questions? Open the AI Copilot in the Companion or contact your aYOUne representative. ──────── LinkedIn LinkedIn The Companion connects LinkedIn with your CRM in aYOUne. Contact card on profiles On a LinkedIn profile a card appears at the bottom right after a moment: • If the person is in your CRM, you see their rating, status, contact type and, if stored in your CRM, their e-mail address, plus a link to open the contact in aYOUne. • If not, the card says the person is not in your CRM. The match is made by name. Close the card with its ×. The card is currently shown in German. Importing profiles and leads • Import profile (popup, on a profile): creates the person as a lead with first and last name, the profile headline as job title, and the location. • Import leads (popup, in a Sales Navigator search): imports the results on the page as leads with name, headline, location, profile link and picture. Suggestions from web pages If a web page suggests a lead to the Companion, it asks first whether to create the lead in your aYOUne CRM. Nothing is saved until you click Lead anlegen (create lead); Abbrechen (cancel) discards the suggestion. Turning it on or off Under Settings → Features switch the card (LinkedIn contacts in your CRM) on or off, for all sites or just for some. ──────── Marketplace import: Amazon and AliExpress Marketplace import: Amazon and AliExpress With the Companion you bring products and orders from Amazon and AliExpress straight into aYOUne, without retyping. Importing products On an Amazon product page (amazon.de, .com, .co.uk, .fr, .it, .es) or an AliExpress product page, an In aYOUne importieren (import into aYOUne) button appears. Alternatively click Import product in the popup. The Companion 1. looks for an existing product in aYOUne (by identifiers such as ASIN, AliExpress item number, EAN or manufacturer part number) and updates it, or creates a new product with the next free article number; 2. takes over the product image; 3. finds the seller as a supplier or creates one; 4. records the price in a supplier agreement. If one already exists, a new entry is added to its price history. You see the result right away — new product created or product updated — with links to the product and the supplier in aYOUne. If no price can be found on AliExpress, the import finishes without a price. Importing orders Amazon: open your order history or a single order. A bar at the top offers Bestellungen importieren or Diese Bestellung importieren (import orders / this order). The orders visible on the current page are imported; for older orders change the filter or page and click again. Afterwards you see how many orders are new and how many were updated; sellers and products are completed in the background. AliExpress: on the order list click Bestellungen importieren (import orders). The Companion loads the complete list and briefly opens the orders in a background tab to read the details. You follow the progress in the action bar and in the popup, where you can also cancel the import. If some orders are still missing details afterwards, Unvollständige nachladen (reload incomplete) reads exactly those orders again. Completing product details Importing Amazon orders creates products for which only a few details are known at first. When there are such products, the popup shows a Product backfill section with a Fill in now button. The Companion then opens the Amazon product pages one after another in the background and only fills in missing details, such as the product picture – up to 25 products per run, with about 20 seconds between two products. Existing details are not overwritten. Requirements You are signed in to the Companion and logged in to Amazon or AliExpress with your own account. The Companion reads the pages you see; it does not use a seller interface. The buttons and messages on Amazon and AliExpress pages are currently shown in German. ──────── Phone numbers on web pages Phone numbers on web pages The Companion recognises phone numbers on web pages and places a small 📞 button next to them. How it works • Clicking 📞 (Mit aYOUne anrufen, call with aYOUne) opens aYOUne communication in a new tab and passes on the number. You start the call there. • Numbers with 7 to 15 digits that validate as real phone numbers are recognised. The check runs inside the Companion on your computer; the number is only sent to aYOUne when you click 📞. • Numbers inside links, buttons, input fields, code sections and editable areas are left alone. • The Companion scans shortly after the page loads and reacts to new content for the following five minutes. Turning it on or off Under Settings → Features switch recognition (Call phone numbers) on or off, for all sites or just for some. It only runs while you are signed in. ──────── Privacy and permissions Privacy and permissions This page lists the permissions the Companion requests in Chrome, why it needs them and where data goes. Where data goes • The Companion only talks to aYOUne services and to pages you open yourself or have it open for an import you started (Amazon and AliExpress pages and their product images). All requests to aYOUne use your sign-in and end up in your own organization. • Translating and summarising first use the AI features Chrome provides on your computer and only fall back to aYOUne when those are missing. • Phone-number validation and the SEO check run on your computer. • On its own, the Companion matches only two things against your aYOUne, and only with the feature switched on: the name on a LinkedIn profile (for the CRM card) and the search term on a Google results page (for the bar). Any other content from other sites is only sent when you trigger a feature, such as an import, a screenshot or a question to the Copilot. Permissions | Permission | Why | |---|---| | Active tab | read the current page when you trigger an action | | Scripting | show buttons, messages and pickers on pages; read page content for imports | | Storage | sign-in, settings and caches | | Tabs | recognise the page type, complete sign-in, take screenshots | | Context menus | the aYOUne right-click menu | | Notifications | operating-system notifications | | Alarms | fetch new notifications regularly | | Side panel | the AI Copilot next to the page | | Identity | the secure sign-in window | | Debugger | clicks and typing when the Copilot controls the browser | | Access to all websites | action bar and phone numbers on every site, imports from Amazon and AliExpress | Privacy settings Under Settings → Data & privacy you can • Clear cached data (cached wallboards, key figures, customer lists and notifications on this computer), • under Back up settings export your settings to a file and import them again (without sign-in data), • use Reset to factory defaults to reset the action bar settings. Under Settings → Features switch each feature on or off, for all sites or only for some. Signing out Sign out in the popup or in the side panel deletes your sign-in and the Companion's locally cached data. Your settings are kept. ──────── Privacy Policy – aYOUne Companion Privacy Policy – aYOUne Companion aYOUne Companion – Chrome extension by tolinax UG (haftungsbeschränkt) · Last updated: October 4, 2026 Summary: The aYOUne Companion extension does not sell personal data or share it with third parties. Data the extension transmits goes exclusively to the aYOUne servers (*.ayoune.app) under your existing aYOUne account and is subject to the aYOUne Platform Privacy Policy (https://ayoune.app/privacy-policy). 1. Who We Are The aYOUne Companion Chrome extension is developed and published by: tolinax UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Oberhof 4, 83700 Oberhof, Germany Represented by: Maximilian Hanrieder Email: privacy@tolinax.com (mailto:privacy@tolinax.com) Website: https://ayoune.app (https://ayoune.app) 2. What Data We Process 2.1 Sign-in Data When you sign in via login.ayoune.app, the extension receives a key for your session and a key for renewing the session. The session key is held in the browser's memory only; it is never written to disk, never synced to your Google account, and is cleared when the browser closes. The renewal key is stored on this device only and is not synced. These keys authenticate your requests to aYOUne. They are never sent to any third-party server. The extension never sees or stores your password. 2.2 Settings Your settings (for example position and key figures of the action bar, selected wallboard, features switched on or off, hidden websites) are stored by Chrome and synced across your Chrome installations via your Google account. The extension does not send these settings to aYOUne. 2.3 AI Copilot and Side Panel The side panel shows the communication area from your aYOUne account as an embedded page from pwa.ayoune.app. Conversations and Copilot requests take place inside that embedded page under your existing aYOUne session and are governed by the aYOUne Platform Privacy Policy (https://ayoune.app/privacy-policy). The extension itself does not store conversation history. Separately, the right-click action "AI Copilot fragen" (ask AI Copilot) sends the text you explicitly select, together with the page address and title, to ai.ayoune.app. "Mit AI übersetzen" (translate) and "Auswahl zusammenfassen" (summarise) first use the AI features Chrome provides on your computer; only if those are not available is the selected text sent to ai.ayoune.app. 2.4 Page Content (Right-click Actions) When you explicitly trigger a right-click action (e.g. save page as journal entry, ask AI Copilot), the extension reads the current page's address, title and/or selected text and sends it to the matching aYOUne service. Page content is not transmitted to aYOUne without an explicit action by you – the only exceptions are the two lookups described in 2.9, which send a single search term or name to your own aYOUne account and can be switched off. 2.5 Product and Order Data (Marketplace Imports) When you start an import on Amazon or AliExpress (import product, import orders), the extension reads the product or order data of your pages and transfers it to your aYOUne account. For this, on AliExpress it briefly opens the individual orders in a background tab, and it downloads product images from the marketplace's image servers. When you start "Fill in now" for product backfill, the extension opens the related Amazon product pages in the background. The data is then stored in your aYOUne organization and subject to your organization's data retention rules. 2.6 Phone Number Detection Phone number detection scans visible text on web pages for phone numbers. All processing is done locally in your browser. Neither page content nor detected numbers are sent to any server. Only when you click the call button next to a number does aYOUne open with that number. 2.7 Notifications The extension keeps an authenticated live connection to notifier.ayoune.app to receive new notifications immediately, and as a fallback checks crm-api.ayoune.app about once a minute. Only details of your own notifications (title, time, link, urgency) are received, to show desktop alerts and the notification bell. No page content is sent over this connection. 2.8 Lead Import from Connected Sites (Explicit Consent Required) A small set of allow-listed sites (LinkedIn, Amazon, AliExpress) may suggest a lead to the extension. The extension never creates a record in your aYOUne CRM from such a suggestion silently. It shows you the proposed details in a confirmation window on the page; the lead is sent to crm-api.ayoune.app only after you explicitly click "Lead anlegen" (create lead). If you cancel or close the window, nothing is saved. The suggesting site never receives your sign-in or the result. 2.9 Automatic Lookups on Google and LinkedIn (can be switched off) On a Google search results page the extension sends the search term to monitoring-api.ayoune.app to show whether and at which position your organization tracks this term. On a LinkedIn profile it sends the person's name to crm-api.ayoune.app to show whether the person already exists in your CRM. Both lookups go exclusively to your own aYOUne account, store nothing, and can each be switched off in the extension settings under "Features". 2.10 Feedback with Screenshot and Dictation When you start feedback from the side panel, the extension takes a screenshot of the visible tab and lets you annotate it locally. Only if you allow microphone access is your dictation transcribed live via ai.ayoune.app; the audio is transmitted for this purpose but not stored by the extension. Image, text and page address are sent to your aYOUne account only when you click "Absenden" (send). 2.11 Browser Control by the AI Copilot (off by default) On your request the aYOUne Copilot can operate a browser tab (open a page, read it, click, type). This feature is switched off by default and only becomes available after you enable "Allow the Copilot to control this browser" in the settings. Even then: • every new control session must be approved by you in a confirmation window (no answer within one minute counts as a refusal); • the Copilot only works in its own, visibly marked tab with a "Stop" button – never in your other tabs; • the debugger permission is connected to that tab only for the duration of a single click or keystroke; Chrome shows its own notice meanwhile; • submitting a form, ordering or paying is only carried out if it has been explicitly approved for that website; • the content of that tab (page text, screenshots of that tab) is sent exclusively to your aYOUne account to answer your request. The extension only runs its own fixed set of commands – no program code is downloaded or executed. An idle session ends automatically after two minutes; switching the setting off ends a running session immediately. 3. Data We Do NOT Collect • Browsing history or visited addresses (except when you explicitly trigger an action) • Keystrokes or form data (except what the Copilot types into its own tab during a session you approved, see 2.11) • Personal data from third-party websites (LinkedIn, Amazon and AliExpress data is only taken over when you click an import button, and leads suggested by connected sites are only saved after you confirm, see 2.8) • Analytics, telemetry or usage data • Advertising identifiers or device fingerprinting data 4. Where Data Is Sent | Data | Destination | Purpose | | --- | --- | --- | | Requests | *.ayoune.app | all business operations (CRM, tasks, products, AI, etc.) | | Sign-in | login.ayoune.app, auth.ayoune.app | sign-in, session renewal, switching organization | | Notifications | notifier.ayoune.app | immediate delivery of your own notifications | | Files | uploads.ayoune.app | screenshots, product images | No data is sent to third-party services, advertising networks or analytics providers. Data the extension transmits goes exclusively to the aYOUne infrastructure operated by tolinax UG. For marketplace imports the extension also loads the Amazon or AliExpress pages concerned and their product images (see 2.5); it does not send data from your aYOUne account to these providers. 5. Storage in the Browser | Place | Contents | Scope | | --- | --- | --- | | Session storage | session key | in memory only, cleared when the browser closes | | Synced storage | settings, features switched on or off, hidden websites | synced across your Chrome installations via your Google account | | Local storage | renewal key, cached data (wallboard, key figures, customer list, notifications), state of running imports | this device only | Cached key figures and lists are reloaded after 10 seconds to 5 minutes. Signing out deletes all sign-in keys and the entire local storage; your settings are kept. 6. Permissions Explained | Permission | Why it is needed | | --- | --- | | activeTab | address and title of the current tab when you trigger an action | | scripting | elements shown on the page: messages, screenshot picker, import buttons, confirmation windows – shielded from the page's own styling | | storage | sign-in, settings and cached data | | tabs | completing the sign-in after the sign-in window; recognising the page type for matching actions | | contextMenus | the right-click menu | | notifications | desktop alerts for new notifications | | alarms | regular check for new notifications | | sidePanel | the embedded side panel (AI Copilot, phone, video, chat, notifications) | | debugger | browser control by the Copilot (2.11): off by default, every session needs your approval, only the Copilot's own marked tab, connected only per click or keystroke | | identity | secure sign-in window for your aYOUne account; the extension only receives your aYOUne session, never your Google profile | | Access to all websites | the action bar and phone number detection run on all pages; messages and pickers can be triggered on any page via the right-click menu; imports from Amazon and AliExpress | 7. Scripts on Web Pages • Action bar (all pages, off by default – appears only after you switch it on and select a wallboard): shows figures of your organization; shielded from the page, does not read page content, can be disabled per website. • aYOUne website detection (all pages): reads only the marking aYOUne writes into its own websites, to offer "Edit page"; processed locally, nothing is sent. • Phone numbers (all pages): processed locally, no data leaves the browser; watches for new content for five minutes after a page loads. • Google Search (results pages): shows your ranking data (lookup of the search term, see 2.9). • LinkedIn (profiles and Sales Navigator search): lead import and showing whether the person is in your CRM (lookup of the name, see 2.9). • Amazon / AliExpress (product and order pages): import when you click the import button. 8. Third-Party Services The extension does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services. It sends data from your account exclusively to the aYOUne infrastructure (*.ayoune.app) operated by tolinax UG. The only sites outside it that the extension loads by itself are Amazon and AliExpress pages and product images for an import you started (see 2.5). 9. Data Retention • Local: deleted when you sign out; cached key figures and lists are reloaded after 10 seconds to 5 minutes. • Server-side: data created through the extension (leads, tasks, journal entries, products, orders) is stored in your aYOUne organization and subject to the aYOUne Platform Privacy Policy (https://ayoune.app/privacy-policy) and your organization's data retention rules. 10. Your Rights (GDPR) As an EU-based company, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to: • Access your personal data • Rectify inaccurate data • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") • Restrict processing of your data • Data portability — receive your data in a structured format • Object to processing of your data To exercise these rights, contact privacy@tolinax.com (mailto:privacy@tolinax.com). 11. Children's Privacy The aYOUne Companion is a business tool and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. 12. Changes to This Policy We may update this privacy policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest change. We inform you about significant changes in the extension or by email. 13.
